The food was very tasty as was the salsa. The chips and beans were commercial which isn't bad as far as chips go but beans are pasty when commercial. The drinks were also outstanding.

Be very careful… for the entrees under the vegetarian section can be made vegan, but the side that come with aren’t per se vegan. The rice is cooked in chicken broth, obviously not vegan or even vegetarian. They also don’t have vegan cheese alternatives, making your options pretty boring and limited. At least the refried beans were not made with lard. I guess that’s a plus. But with all the true vegan options. We now have in Coachella Valley, I don’t have a good reason to come back here.
First time going there, and we will be back

My wife and I ordered a cocktail and an enchilada plate each and we paid $105 with the tip. I wouldn’t mind that somewhere else but the food and experience just didn’t live up to that. The vegan enchiladas is just the veggie enchiladas with no cheese. The beans are vegan but the rice has chicken stock so I subbed a salad but all the dressings had dairy apart from oil and vinegar. Overall not much flavor. For vegans I’d go somewhere else unless they start giving a little more effort.
Amazing tacos, the kindness staff ever and beautiful place!

We live very close by but for some reason had never been to Sancho’s - I went there for dinner tonight. My server was Rachelle who was friendly, efficient and knew the menu front to back, so gave some great suggestions.
I settled on the Monday margarita deal ($10 - huge and awesome) and the Sancho’s Tacos (one of each beef, pork and chicken) with refried beans and salad which was really good. Tender tasty meat.
This is a very relaxed, casual, inexpensive but great dining choice - WAY better than going to a diner (no offense Elmer’s) at the same price and service point.
Next time I’m ordering the “Big fajitas” perfect to share, so great value.

Food is actually pretty good but the service is so slow you might get lucky to see the waitress. Also, beware of the prices. $14 for two Mexican cokes?
Vianey KILLED IT!
Love the QR code too.

We discovered Sancho's when looking for a Mexican restaurant to celebrate our nieces' 21st Birthday. Someplace that could seat a good size group, take reservations, have good food and most importantly a good Margarita for her 21st birthday. Sancho's fit the bill. Since then we have eaten there several times and have always enjoyed it. Most recently our son was graduating High School and we wanted to throw a party to celebrate. My wife spoke with Amanda about a large street taco and cheese enchiladas to go party order, for 30 to 40 people. Amanda was very helpful and put together a wonderful spread of Taco fixings, rice, beans, salsa, guac, sour cream, horchata and enchiladas. Called us when the order was ready for pick-up (Right on time) and helped me load it into the car. Everything was delicious. We don't don't host parties like that usually. If we do we would be happy to use Sancho's again. We will continue to eat and enjoy the restaurant and recommend it to our friends. I don't have any photos from the recent graduation spread party. But here is 1 of the happy birthday girl for our first experience.

We went there just because it's near the hotel and there are good reviews on Google... The food is just okay, the service is slacking, the atmosphere is miserable...
