Every winter when I'm down here, I make sure to stop by Sancho's at least once. The environment is very welcoming. From the hosts, to the servers, to the ambiance, it's a really special experience. Folks couldn't be nicer, and the food is SO good. I have a soft spot for the salsa and chips, haha. Appreciate this place so much! Hope it stays around forever. <3

This is a fun little Mexican place. What I found so great, is they don't cook any of their beans with lard. The menu was comprehensive and good. Full bar.

What a neat place! I was seated promptly and immediately served chips and salsa. I'm not a huge fan of salsa but theirs is made in house and tasted so fresh! Less than a minute later my drink was brought out (amazing horchata). My dinner was served within 5 minutes of ordering. I had the shredded beef super burrito with rice and refried beans. Everything tasted wonderful and the service was awesome! I will definitely be coming back again before I head home!

Our server was good and the food was tasty, but I give it 2 stars because of the manager. My husband ordered a Michelada which came out with no ice. We both jad water cups so I drank my water and dumped my ice in the cup for him. After the second drink my husband discovered a long black hair in the chamoy around the rim. We flagged down a server and asked for a new one. A few minutes later the manager came over with the old Michelada in her hand and was saying she looked at the cameras and it looked like we dumped soda in it because it smelled like soda. We told her we only had water at our table and that it had a hair in it. She never once apologized or offered to comp the drink or anything. Instead she accused us of tampering with the drink. We did get a new Michelada but the manager just rubbed us the wrong way.

Quite underwhelmed by the food. No flavor and a bit overcooked The service was slow. Also, they had a sign up for a drink special, but didn’t honor it at checkout. Everything was overpriced.

A lot of soul wth Mid-century history & stylish Tiki bar in the back. Friendly service with a smile and great mixed drinks. Step back in time and enjoy Mid-century Tiki time!

I always love coming here. The staff is always happy to see customers and ready to help. The food is solid, I have tried several items and everything is always great. They are open for breakfast on the weekends and the Enchilada con Huevos is my favorite. Keeps me full all day.
They also have a little Cantina in the back where the drinks are out of this world.

The most delicious Mexican food! My favorite is the fresh guacamole made right in front of you so fresh and delicious. My friends and I shared the asada nachos, and the steak was amazing. We will definitely return.

We arrived to Palm Springs late and this was one of the few places open nearby. My friend and I were very pleasantly surprised at how much the food was!! I got a chicken taco and flaunta with veggies (the veggies were yummy too!). My friend got the fajitas and we were both wanted to come back the next night. We definitely be back when in the desert 🏜️

The food was very tasty as was the salsa. The chips and beans were commercial which isn't bad as far as chips go but beans are pasty when commercial. The drinks were also outstanding.

Be very careful… for the entrees under the vegetarian section can be made vegan, but the side that come with aren’t per se vegan. The rice is cooked in chicken broth, obviously not vegan or even vegetarian. They also don’t have vegan cheese alternatives, making your options pretty boring and limited. At least the refried beans were not made with lard. I guess that’s a plus. But with all the true vegan options. We now have in Coachella Valley, I don’t have a good reason to come back here.
