The food and service are always great at this Palm Springs gem. The sushi and rolls are fresh, well executed and beautifully presented. The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive and the bar program is strong - this desert hotspot never disappoints.

High quality ingredients and amazing flavors. Chef is willing to customize your meal based on any preferences you have. Sushi rolls are large and beautiful but the medium sized plates were slightly smaller than expected. Service was top notch - professional, friendly and efficient!

I ALWAYS eat here when in PS. It's a MUST stop. Always 10/10 and I've been there almost a dozen times.

Was visiting Palm Springs over the weekend and decided to give this sushi spot a try. Fish was fresh, waitstaff was friendly and the ambiance was great. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a high quality sushi fix

Poorly cut sushi, tiny portions, and overpriced for the lack of quality. won't be coming back.

Nice to have a quality sushi option in the desert, but at that price point, the food should be a notch or two higher than it is. Not bad at all but also not top.

We booked through OpenTable and at the time that we made the reservation there was only outdoor seating available, when we arrived, the dining room was relatively empty and over the course of the hour and 15 minutes that we were there it remained with open tables on the floor and space at the bar, though we had asked to be re seated inside they did not make any compensations for us to sit indoors. This was disappointing given the lack of ambiance outdoors. Though the sushi was fair to good tasting, we were expecting higher quality given the reviews we'd read and the price tag. We were seated outside under the misters and the temp was comfortable though a little damp feeling just under them. The railroad cars offering a rustic look were functional as walls but not clean and were just bare bones. We had mentioned on our reservation through OpenTable that we were celebrating an anniversary, and there was no mention of that or any special treatment at all. My husband ordered a beer and it was just handed to him in the bottle with a glass where the gentleman sitting next to us on the patio was served an ice bucket with his same bottle of beer. We asked for a recommendation on a drink and they charged us six dollars for a custom Bartender cocktail even though we had not asked for that. The entire meal was $300 for the two of us and extremely overpriced for the quality and service that we felt we received. We also ordered the duck buns as something that sounded unique and delicious, but they were lackluster with no sauce whatsoever just dry bun and sliced duck, which was only lightly seasoned . Not trying to rag on the place, but I had anticipated more of a fine dining experience.

Outside dining is the way to go. Everything about the food was delish. Sound inside really loud. Wind outside blew the soy sauce all over my purse. We will go back, prepared.

Such an amazing experience!! Second time coming here and we love the ambiance :) Sushi was very fresh and soft! Host and waiter were both very nice and so were the chefs! Came here for a birthday, will be coming back!

Had a very enjoyable dining experience. Some portions were appropriate to even generous, while others were less so. Service was mostly attentive and good. Would go back again.

Food and drinks were amazing. Our waiter was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable when it came to asking what he recommended and he provided great recommendations. I will definitely be back!

As always good and service excellent!! The otoro and chutoro are melt in your mouth delicious
