Food was yummy but portion sizes were extremely small! Not worth such an expressive place, even for an airport.

Food was terrible. Mushy sandwiches, reminded me of from a 7/11. Expensive for the prices. Servers were nice, along with the location.

Ordered a double bloody cost $32.00 you'd think I'd have a buzz after not drinking for over 2 weeks, no way there was 2 shots of vodka in glass. Better get a new bartender. Don't get drinks here!

Waited 20 minutes for a server to even come to my table. By the time they did, I had to leave to board my plane. Multiple people around me experienced the same issue. This airport needs a new restaurant because this being the only option is disappointing.

Really slow restaurant. We waited 20 mins to get water, and then another 30 minutes before our food arrived (nothing complicated, two burgers and chicken fingers). This is not a place to go if you're in a hurry, which makes no sense for an airport. It wasn't even that busy when we went.Food itself was fine.

We waited 45 minutes to sit in the worst spot right in the entrance of the doorway where people were complaining to the host and constantly walking by our table and all the people waiting to be sat just staring at us eat. I understand that seating is a puzzle that the hosts have figured out, but there was an entire outdoor section that they weren't seating anybody the entire time we were eating lunch. I ordered the chicken Caesar wedge. It was pretty much the size of a side salad. It wasn't a wedge. It wasn't even iceberg lettuce. I think it was just romaine lettuce and I pulled at least 3 leaves out that were rotten. My husband ordered the Fish and chips though and he said it was good, so maybe just don't order a salad here if you decide to dine here. The host and waitress were both friendly and nice but it didn't make up for everything else :-(

Slow. No service. Luckily we had time because it took 2 hours to get a cheeseburger.

The chicken caprese sandwich was actually bomb. Anyone complaining about quality must be from the Palisades and anyone complaining about price has never been in an airport.

Awful experience here - do not recommend unless you have 2 hours to burn waiting for takeout.

So bad it’s a joke! All the staff make this place unbearable!

OK, so this is the worst place in this airport. The bartender is a total jerk. Everybody knows it. Nobody wants to do anything about it and the service sucks. I didn’t even give him a tip. I literally asked fir a menu they said no you have to get it from the bartender. the bartender was on his phone yawning and sleeping. He needs to go back to bed. Stay home and don’t work here anymore. They wouldn’t sir me outside. There was plenty of tables. They are so disorganized. Avoid this place. It sucks totally sucks.

4/7/24:Waited at the “hostess stand” for 20 minutes with no hostess ever appearing while the line behind us grew to 25-30 people. Asked the bartender what was going on and she advised hostess was on a break. Dozens of open seats available. Women behind us actually fainted standing in the sun. Owner/Operator should know.

Stood in line waiting for breakfast well before breakfast service was schedule to end. The line was so slow when I got to the front at 10:01 I was told they couldn't serve breakfast "because the computer".That's the terrible excuse. This place's management needs to get it together. There's a reason it has a terrible rating.
