Excellent food and service! Veronica, the waitress and server was outstanding in her service and help. She made me a delicious iced coffee and substituted some items in my veggie breakfast omelet, which is exquisitely delicious and healthy. The atmosphere here is beautiful and comfortable. Bright, cheerful and a happy place to eat. I definitely will come back to this fabulous restaurant. It’s very charming to be welcomed so greatly by Veronica. Update: Another amazing breakfast with Veronica making me a fabulous iced coffee. Great food and wonderful conversation with Veronica. She always makes your day brighter and happier. The best place to eat anytime, bar none.

We went for breakfast on our first morning... the coffee was terrible. The food was nothing special, we won't be back.

Drove to Palm springs for the day and ended up at the Hyatt. They have a really cool restaurant called Share. The gourmet nachos serving size was huge and delicious! My server Adam was not only friendly but made sure that my meal was prepared exactly the way I requested. Extra tip for him?

The adage "you have to spend money to make money" is lost on the management and owners of the Hyatt PS and the Share Bistro. They seem to be doing the absolute minimum. They really need to invest in developing a memorable and quality menu + training and motivating servers that make customers want to return and return again. As the only dining venue inside the hotel they are leaving money on the table by sending captive guests elsewhere for a quality meal, including breakfast. Its been years since they have had a working espresso machine; sure Starbucks is down the block, but with some investment in equipment and staff they could be churning out coffee drinks to guests and maybe even locals coming in if its good enough.

We had just checked into the Hyatt and this is located in the hotel. But the place was completely empty, not a soul! We were hesitant to go in but we went for it. And it turned out to be a good choice. I think anywhere else would have had a wait, lots of folks out on the streets, Pride Parade was earlier that day. I ordered the salmon and it was really good. Liked the spinach and the sautéed onions on top was perfect. My husband had a noodle shrimp salad that we both liked, yes we shared it all. Nice dinner, good food and personal service! Not bad!

This was a great surprise. Checked in to the hyatt hotel very hungry. Restaurants on the street were really busy with waiting lines almost everywhere. So we decided to check out the hotel restaurant. Found the restaurant, it looked nice but the only person there was the bartender. Normally that's not a good sign, but hungry so have it a try. That was a good choice. The food was excellent, fresh and flavorful. I strongly recommend this place.

Breakfast is very slow with even an order of Bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese taking over 20 minutes. Breakfast is the only meal with even token business and therefore the number of waiters are few and for the limited two hours of business they are too busy and then it is empty the rest of the day and night. Weekend buffet is of course faster as you serve yourself

The only time i would recommend eating here is for breakfast. Any other time, especially dinner, is dead...like nobody, including servers. I had a 7pm reservation for a party of 16 and when the time came, they had no staff and no table ready. They had no clue there was a reservation either. We had to find a last minute restaurant. I would say, enjoy the pool but skip dinner here.

We ate breakfast every morning at Share during our stay at the Hyatt Palm Springs and were never disappointed! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. I enjoyed an egg white omelette with veggies each morning and a side of toast and fruit...don't forget their delicious orange juice too. I can't speak to lunch or dinner, but breakfast is definitely worth the visit!

Ate late last night about 11 pm ; I ordered from the lunch menu which is way more affordable than $26 chicken dinner menu entrees. Friendly customer service, made a minor mistake with my order. They forgot to take the cheese off my $15.00 burger with avocado $2.00 plus bacon $4.00. I refused to peel off the cheese off a $21.00 burger. The burger was made perfectly at medium rare, the ranchero sauce is unique and tasty, could have been spicier. Also they accommodated Paleo style wrapped in lettuce. The breakfast buffet is average. Next time I won't pay $22.84 for a delicious omelette. Ok, I had two delicious small omelettes. The bacon is just above average; I'm spoiled with Portland thick cut uncured maple bacon. The apple chicken sausage is a complete failure. Everything else on the buffet are mediocre carb options. Bread, Costco looking pastries, cereal chambers as if I were at a Residence Inn . Yes, I have been there and they are wonderful. However, this is the Hyatt. Would have expected gourmet granola. No fresh juices, just concentrate. There are fresh cut melons ; good honeydew, good cantaloupe but the watermelon was not sweet and it was over-ripe. Totally not worth the $22.84 plus tip. This would have been acceptable and more populated if the breakfast was $12.00. There were about five groups eating here at 11 am. This is the time they close, but great weekend buffets are soaring at closing time. Lots of room for improvement here. They have a beautiful eating area outside. Shame.

Like Brandi, we came here during Restaurant Week. Our experience was a little better. Service was prompt and friendly. We both got the steak dinner, and we liked it a lot - nicely done steak, very good mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. My starter was a cold noodle salad with shrimp and vegetables, very nice quality shrimp, good dish. David's caesar salad was more ordinary. David's cheesecake was good, but like Brandi, I got the espresso creme brí»lée which was not a creme brí»lée at all but kind of a pudding. As a creme brí»lée it was bad, as a pudding - well it was bad even as a pudding. We were the only diners (there were a few people drinking at the bar), and the restaurant is the pass through to the pool so people were constantly passing by in swim trunks. I really don't think they should include Share on Restaurant Week, it's just not that sort of experience. But we had a very good meal and our server was nice so I'll be a bit generous with my rating.

Came here during Restaurant Week. Pros: the staff was friendly, the steak was pretty good, and the dining area was nice. Cons: we waited 45 minutes for the first course of our 3-course meal, our waitress seemed a little clueless as to what was being offered on the menu, they mixed up the steaks - all 4 of us got steaks varying from medium-rare to well and the cream of horseradish condiment was just minced horesradish ( way too intense) - the dessert which was supposed to be espresso creme brulee was some kind of pudding with coffee flavoring and with sugar and whipped cream on top. Neither creme nor brulee. Serious let-down, especially since the dessert was the reason we chose the restaurant. Overall, not horrible, but not great either. If I come back, I'll have the steak again...
