I ordered Venti Peppermint Hot Choclate at 6:48 AM and drove to work to find out its Pepperming Hot Moca, I drove back 13 mins and they replaced it BUT IN THE SAME CUP. ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Your staff are rude and racist and Jill is rude to all of the customers kicked me and my 5 month old out for waiting to buy something I was going to tip 100$ before she was rude she's always rude to me every time I try to order I don't know why she gives everyone dirty looks and I saw a roach run across the counter it was the first time I haven't ordered right away she had another staff member tell me to leave I'm taking this to corporate and to the palm springs newsletter never ever will I buy from you guys again Im a frequent buyer but every time I order she's completely disrespectful the one inside of Albertsons is the one that has better staff and are nice to everyone especially people of color another thing is they profile me because I'm brown and look younger than I am I have a disability and they still treat people horrible I tried to be kind and they act like people are stupid you're definitely not worth my money

Wow this is oasis very spacious none. Here well equipped air conditioners many seats most of all out side 110 degrees now. It is hot but I like Palm springs
