Rudeness taken to the next level over bathroom use! Don’t get stuck on Gene Autry trying to get to them because their first question is, “Have you made a purchase?” What?!?!? They acted as though this was normal. I am sorry — No, it is not! Didn’t care how bad I wanted a cortado — NOT AT THIS ONE! EVER.

I've seen a number of complaints and misinformation about there no longer being power outlets available. Starbucks is no longer providing the courtesy of offering customers the ability to charge their electronic devices. I noticed that charge when I visited the Starbucks by Target in Cathedral City. Even employees were surprised of the change and didn't receive advanced notice.

My opinion as a regular customer is that no longer offering available power outlets is ridiculous when the company is charging around $4 for a large coffee and especially given with the recent outrageous price increases. Because I need this customer perk to keep my devices powered while I conduct work-related activities I've been going to a couple other local establishments that do offer me that ability.

I suppose Starbucks has to save money any way it can to pay for the CEO's commuting expenses taking a private jet back and forth between his home in Orange County and the company headquarters Seattle.

When are you going to teach your employees face to face customer service. I'm appalled that so many businesses are all about drive thru that makes feel like you're just 10 second part of the day. No people connection anymore there is something to be said how we treat other's as humans I'm disappointed daily by our countries after COVID hatred towards ALL it's not a good look personally or professionally. Your employees actions are that of the school yard and they are the bully. You dread coming in if you are a true coffee drinker or stuck with a specific store due to convenience.
Your just now learning what that does to your business it is only coffee and is something everyone can live without. Especially when you add insult to injury when you add the 5th or 6th cost increase of another .25c you really hit all the parts making us pay for your mistakes. Covid is over you've compensated for that from the traffic and then some returning back to our daily habits adding you to many more. Shame on you for leaving your stores unchecked with the continued non fear based rudeness post Covid. For many of your younger newer employees they have never been taught or what proper customer service is allowing them to set the stage for the new standards of business for Starbucks across the US and there is no amount of money you give with raises and making the procedures for drink recipes easier that will change this disease. It's become contagious to the people who actually know better with half of them only hiding true self behind the fake of customer service part of personality they just don't try anymore it's simply that most of your staff just doesn't care or never did in the 1st place. Now you want to reward that while expecting more of us to come in and stay in along with any friends you can meet up there. Along with the expectation that we pay for the raises on top of it. Only an abusive militant corporation would expect more of the people but not of their own.
This epidemic has run rampant for far to long and if you want change true change start with not rewarding the wrong but by recognizing the disease and cutting it out like cancer. Remove your bullies and make it warm and friendly go back to basics Yes but demand more for your standards and go really back to basics teaching the true meaning of customer service best yet find the ones that it just comes natural and those you lost will return along with bringing in 10Xs more new customers

I look forward to being back in Dutch Bros region very soon they have been home of the drive thru since day one and they still make you feel like you are having coffee with friends.

Coffee is standard but an afterthought at this "we serve everything but coffee Starbucks". The Pikes Place is burned, as usual. No other types on brew, just Pikes Place. They've got rid of all the electrical plugs in the seating areas on purpose ... so no more recharging phones, no using laptop on little power, no plugging in scooters for a quick pick me up. They want you to buy a drink and leave the place asap. It's hardly how Starbucks used to be: a community. This store in particular is big and soulless. Maybe at some point there was a coffee culture and community but it is no longer here, and comparing this to Koffi (nice environment, stay and enjoy your coffee and your friend's conversation, interesting locales) this store is clinically sterile. What's the point of Starbucks anymore? What are those make-believe drinks they serve? It's just not a coffee shop, but I still think it is ... and I am wrong. This place is only good for the drive thru and for the seasonal Tinkerbell make-believe beverages they concoct. Starbucks isn't for serious coffee anymore, and this place is leading the charge out of the cafe culture that used to be curated so carefully by Starbucks.

I wish I could give this location 10 stars. Every time I go in the vibe is upbeat on point. Caleb is one of the sweetest baristas I have ever met every time I go in. I look for him because he makes my coffee like no one else… You have no idea what this means to me in the morning Caleb, thank you.

Think of your tone before speaking to a paying customer Mr Manager and make sure to have the answer for the question to the rule you so rudely barked without even acknowledging or addressing me as a person first I am not your employee but I was hoping for a rational answer. And don't ever charge extra for what was a mistake to the order considering you messed up the actual item it was for not since it's common knowledge of the thousands of dollars of waste and products you throw away each and every day.
And again still over looked as a living breathing human you barked the rude refusal to. I sure hope corporate has better attitude than you when I call on this rule only my pet has to answer for and I definitely believe they will refund the entire order considering you have the Cold bagel and frozen butter back I can't eat that. Certainly the customer service person I speak to will have a much better tone and attitude to help not just me with this issue but also it's part of their job just like the people standing in front of you are. Keep reading that clip board looking up only for you to get your commands out. I have had staff 300+ and I would never dream of talking to them or any customers the way you do it's unprofessional certainly you don't contribute enough to the shared tip jar
