This is by far the best Starbucks in Palm Springs, which is rare inside of a grocery store! The staff is helpful, friendly, consistent, patient… I could go on and on. We often start our mornings here before work and look forward to seeing our SB pals daily. The drinks are always great, but it’s the staff that keeps us going.
Starbucks is one of the few public places that has an accessible, clean public restroom anymore. As an Uber driver, this amenity is a huge asset.The staff is generally somewhat rushed and a bit abusive at times, but it’s a sign of the times I guess.
New, streamline facility in northern Palm Springs, which makes it extremely convenient to “fuel up” in the morning before getting on the freeway. At least when I was recently there, it was obviously well staffed, and ample training was occurring for the new baristas. I was in and out quickly s d efficiently.
