They're no longer "Reserve", we got here by searching Starbucks Reserve though. The interior was beautiful, but the toilets were dirty and there was a long line of tourists who didn't use Starbucks, which was a little disappointing.

I went in last night to get my daughter a cake pop and a decaf coffee. I came up to the front counter in a positive mood, I noticed the menu had changed and there were lots of new flavors and drinks. I asked the man if he could help me, I was interested in something decaf non dairy. He gave a few options but overall was irritated with me and I felt rushed and ultimately gave up and just left. He said they had syrup to put in the coffee and I asked him if there were any advertised drinks I could get that were decaf non dairy but not with a syrup taste. Since he was so stuck on telling me everything has syrup. My last favorite was the pecan Oatmilk if that had syrup and those flavored drinks then YES that's what I wanted decaf with no dairy. Of course you have that at Starbucks, don't you? I just didn't want plain black coffee with a pump of syrup and that's the way he kept explaining it to me. He was not helpful. He said "like?!" Very loudly it was embarrassing. But to his credit he was the only one at the front, with a long line on a Thursday night. The girl working with him offered no help but just came up and stared at me almost like a bully and I was causing problems for asking questions. I'm not going back.

Disappointed to learn that this is not a Reserve location. Staff explain that changed during the pandemic. Just a regular Starbucks, including a broken nitro machine. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The low star rating is for Starbucks corporate that did away with the reserve services and can't seem to keep a nitro machine running consistently at any location.
Turned me away 20 minutes prior to closing. All I wanted to do was look at mugs

The old CEO ruined this place no tables inside now 120 Aug Sept how stupid now very windy and there will be rain also only one bathroom and probably spent 150,000 or more for remodel how stupid and sales are dropping no more meetings less spending money no longer my favorite place
