Staff were great, however, they need more staff, especially on weekends. The line was to the door and there was very limited people at the registers. Both days we were there.The folks calling out the order names you could hardly hear. Every time I heard something like our name, I'd have to push through the crowds to see if they actually said our name. Most of the time, it wasn't. A better system may benefit this location.Also, the chalk board of menu items is confusing and hard to see, as part of it is behind the registers where you expect it to be, the other half is hidden over by where orders are picked up. I didn't even know I could buy anything other than coffee drinks until I picked up my order 15+ minutes later.

Totally good normal Starbucks. Cool building. The sign says Starbucks reserve but its not a Starbucks reserve, as they don’t have the reserve drink menu found on other Starbucks reserves.
If this was 50 years ago this place would be loaded with movie stars.

Starbucks is located pretty much in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. It’s large and spacious and very busy. It’s clearly gathering space for the LGBQ+ community that is warm and welcoming to everyone. Employees are friendly and work hard but it took a while to get our coffee. Just a very nice, pleasant place to sit and have a coffee if you’re into people watching. Indoor and outdoor patio seating.

As a local resident we're glad we have other options. The roast is burnt and the order missed everytime! Palm Springs deserves much better!

The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to!! Visited Palm Springs, and the cashier with the fedora hat was so rude. I don't know if it's ignorance or him not knowing manners, but his attitude towards us right, when I was ordering was uncalled. This Starbucks location needs employee training.
