Worst customer service at Starbucks in Palm Springs Walmart shopping center! The excuse was there were so busy!!! I asked for venti ice cold brew with almond milk and sugar free syrup. I get a grande no milk or syrup. I ask to fix it I get a venti no milk or syrup🫣😳🤬 second drink iced matcha with drizzle mocha on the side of the cup. What do I get venti ice matcha. Last time I go there

I usually love coming to this store the employees are always nice and helpful but what I got in my coffee today was not something I wanna experience again totally unexceptable a fly inside my drink is disgusting I will pass I was able to see it after I started drinking my coffee I'm disgusted will not be returning anytime soon.

I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes so far even as I’m writing this. I have three cars ahead of me very slow service. I am late now to take my son to his baseball game. Thank you. When I told the girl keep the change, I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. I’m late instead of apologizing. She just started laughing at me. She has black hair and a braid. I don’t know. I didn’t catch your name, but it’s whatever I’m not going here anymore.

Drive thru experience placed my order at 8:42 pm 04/14/25 the girl that took our order gave us bad service, the drink was nasty as well. They don’t make you feel welcome they make you feel like you’re bothering them , like if we’re taking away their time. Also I asked for a venti and gave me a grande. Smh

Barista lied about refunding me back to my original debit card for drinks. Instead put it on a gift card on the app. When I asked her again to clarify that the money would be returned to my DEBIT card because it looked like a gift card had been added in the app. She replied, yes it will be in the original payment. I just got home and sure enough, I have a gift card for my exact refund amount. REFUND ME MY MONEY.
