Barista lied about refunding me back to my original debit card for drinks. Instead put it on a gift card on the app. When I asked her again to clarify that the money would be returned to my DEBIT card because it looked like a gift card had been added in the app. She replied, yes it will be in the original payment. I just got home and sure enough, I have a gift card for my exact refund amount. REFUND ME MY MONEY.

I placed an order at this Starbucks to pick up at the counter. I drive two hours into Los Angeles, few times a week and a cup of coffee is great. The app says the store is open and I placed an order and it told me it was ready for counter pick up, so I drove there and I could not pick up the counter. They told me to go through the drive-through 15 minutes of time and them and I asked the person at the drive-through they said there’s nothing we can do about it that I should know that it’s a drive-through only and you can’t come in the store till 6 AM. And then I ask her to tell her manager to change it so it says drive-through only and she says there’s nothing anyone can do this was 17 December 5: 27 AM.

I ordered aventi extra hot no foam Guess what It was lukewarm full of foam and about 2/3 of the way full My donut has a production date from August well over a month ago so I got a 6-week-old pastry with half the coffee I ordered. After standing at the mobile pickup area saying excuse me excuse me to talk to somebody and being ignored I just decided to leave instead of becoming upset at the complete disregard they had for me standing there trying to get my order fixed which they had no intention of doing since they just waited me out to leave. So the attitude is what we have a busy location we can treat the customers like s***. I would recommend anybody looking to get a cup of coffee keep looking to get another location because this spot is going to disappoint you. $10 for 6 week old donut and a coffee which was not prepared the way I wanted and with only filled a little over halfway The rest being foam which I ordered no foam and even that was a good inch and a half from the top of the cup well don't take my word for it let me see if I can upload this picture
They have lots of great yummy foods and drinks. I especially like their filtered ice and water!

SEE Update at end of post!! Went to this location to get Iced Macha Tea. Out of stock? It's summer, every summer this happens. I don't know what the issue is with product availability, but you are lucky your competition shut down in Coachella Valley. Two locations this week out of Macha Tea? The manager told me he would order more Macha Tea mix immediately, two days later we went by and they had Macha Tea in stock!! Desert Hot Springs location? No Macha Tea in stock a week later.
