I was in store and let them know i was placing my order online and after I placed it I watched as the person behind the counter walked away for a few minutes then a man waked in and they started helping him instead of making the online order. Then I watched for 5 minutes until their coworker came and finally started making my order. One of my sandwiches was the Beast which is supposed to have 1/2 a pound of meat. My Hotshot Italian sandwich had more meat than the Beast.

This is the most disgusting sandwich saturated in mayonnaise. I contacted the store since I ordered on their website and the girl that answered the phone was clueless, said uh manager won't be here till Monday, today is saturday. So food and customer service stunk. I'm upset I paid a total of 24 dollars and change. I have to call Monday to talk to a manager to get a refund. I better get that refund
