A most unpleasant, unhelpful and rude young woman took my order and prepared a philly cheesesteak. Apparently I was interrupting her phone time, she had no patience for a customer who was not familiar with Subway. She asked if I wanted toasted, and yes I did. There was so much mayonnaise on it I almost gagged when I finished the sandwich and told her it was cold she said, I know. I'm only sorry that I tipped her 20% or 25% whatever it was before I realize how rude she was.

Dirt bag franchise who doesn’t want to accept coupons, I should’ve read reviews before I stopped. They are probably complaining about slow business, when they go out of business remember all the business you turned away.

We don’t get subs here a lot, but the food and service is usually fairly good here.
We like that they have good options for vegetarians, and their salads are usually fairly good, also.
We will keep returning here.

Second time I come here and I thought I would give it another chance and still same issue. I asked for spinach on my foot long sandwich and Literally 4 leafs of spinach, I asked for black olives and literally 4 pieces of olives, I asked to add more and they wanted to charge me extra. Never had an experience like this at other subways.

Happy hour is a joke. 3-5pm. They don't want customers? Then there are only 4 drinks available for happy hour. Will not return and make sure I tell others.

Ordered soups I didn't want a big sandwich. It was disgusting!! Tasted like they had reheated for 3weeks and addeda cup of salt each time.

I ordered two footlong sandwiches because I had a coupon that said buy one get one free, I was told I could not use my coupon with these two sandwiches even though my coupon did not say I could not. I paid the $30 dollars for two footlongs but I will never go back, I will go to Jearseys Mike's and pay full price for a better sandwich. Oh, did I tell you one sandwich did not have what I asked for on it. I was told only the sandwich on there list not what was said on the coupon, I see why they are slowly going out of business as a chain.

Subway published coupons in this week's mailed advertisement bundle. It hishlighted a new sandwich, steak teriyaki. There were coupons offered. The new sandwich sounded good to me. I went today to pick up one. Only after I stood in line & got up to the order station did I see a paper takes to the protective glass listing all the sandwiches that were EXEMPT from all the coupons. It was virtually a list of their entire menu, the new sandwich included! I was livid & walked out. I should have suspected something was wrong: the coupon sheet included two coupons: 1 footlong for $5.99, another was for 2 footlongs for $12.99. Um, do the math!! ?
