Terrible place, no customer service. They didn't even hav any water cups available n wouldn't give me more than 1 bag. I requested 2 bags, bc I had 2 sandwiches n was traveling w em. They had the audacity to say they could oy give me one

Second time I come here and I thought I would give it another chance and still same issue. I asked for spinach on my foot long sandwich and Literally 4 leafs of spinach, I asked for black olives and literally 4 pieces of olives, I asked to add more and they wanted to charge me extra. Never had an experience like this at other subways.

Horrible customer service, this people will advertise this location in the subway app as a participating location but when you get any type of promo in thr app they DO NOT HONOR IT!! Be careful don't waste your time going there. The people working there are very ignorant and will tell you they don't see it in the receipt that print out on their side so you will waste your rewards for nothing. I used the free chips and cookies promo and both time did not wanted to honor it, is ridiculous.I am uploading the receipt I kept showing the lady there because I was supposed to get free chips and lady kept arguing with me!!! Do not go there!!!

Ate here using the app and some rewards but have to say this was the worst sandwiches we've ever had from Subway. The sandwich artist was super friendly and pleasant but the lack of meat and toppings on our sandwiches seemed skimpy. We didn't even point out she used the wrong bread for the two foot longs. Bread was dry and seemed day old in my opinion. I wish we'd split a pre-made from the grocery store next door.

As a regular, I'm always greeted with an acknowledgement. I've never been disappointed with my sandwich. The restaurant is very clean, the staff are friendly to me and it is the best Subway experience I've had anywhere.

Happy hour is a joke. 3-5pm. They don't want customers? Then there are only 4 drinks available for happy hour.Will not return and make sure I tell others.

I preordered and paid for two footlongs, but upon arriving was told that they wouldn't give me my sandwiches without an ID. I explained that I was in a hurry and didn't have my ID, but I gave my name and order. The staff said "no ID, no sandwiches". So I asked for a refund and he said that that was between me and the bank, he could do nothing!So, bottom line, they kept my money and my sandwiches! I have ordered this way in other locations and was NEVER required to provide an ID for my prepaid food.TERRIBLE!

Ordered soups I didn't want a big sandwich. It was disgusting!! Tasted like they had reheated for 3weeks and addeda cup of salt each time.

I placed an online order 45 min prior to picking up my sandwhich and it still wasn't made. The employee said she made the sandwhich and may have been picked up by another client. This is an absolute lie because they not only call to confirm your order they check your order on your phone and sometimes ID you before they give you your sandwhich. The customer service here is deplorable!

If there was a zero star I would give him that. I walked into the subway to order a sandwich and how to use the restroom I knocked on the door after waiting for the restroom to be available for almost a half hour and watching the girl who was behind the cash register and also making all of the sandwiches struggle with no help. When the person who came out of the bathroom open the door she looked at me and said you're welcome in a very sarcastic voice then gave me a dirty look and went into the kitchen. At this point I decided I didn't want to order anything from this place because of the attitude and God only knows what they would have done to my sandwich yes I know that they make it in front of me but the attitude was more than I wanted to have to deal with. On my way out the person who was the manager supposedly named fauna proceeded to yell and whistle at me to try to get my attention and said sir I'm still talking to you after I told her that I was going to contact corporate on her attitude in the width she treated me. She just laughed and said corporate's not going to do anything anyway go ahead. I will never order another Subway sandwich because of the way that I was treated by this so-called manager. If this is the way that you treat people then you have no right to serve me food.

So, this is petty of me, but I ordered the new menu #1 The Philly. It says on the menu and even on the website that it includes double the serving of cheese. (That would mean 4 half slices on a 6" and 8 half slices on a foot long. I only got one serving of cheese on my sandwich. And I kick myself for not saying anything. I thought maybe I didn't understand what 2X meant until I was rattle sandwich and read on the website "a double helping of melty provolone cheese." And some guy just now walked in and asked if he could get some ice in his reusable cup. And they said it costs 50¢. That's a steep price for a dozen ice cubes in my opinion. The guy went and got fifty cents and came back. The woman behind the counter was now on a break. He came back filled up his cup, and a different woman yells at the guy that ice was 50¢! And he said, yes, I have the fifty cents. But she was so aggressive and rude about it. Anyway, now I'm sorry I included a tip on my purchase. Btw, the sandwich was fine. The bottom of the bread was tough, but was fine. I won't be back.

I ordered two footlong sandwiches because I had a coupon that said buy one get one free, I was told I could not use my coupon with these two sandwiches even though my coupon did not say I could not. I paid the $30 dollars for two footlongs but I will never go back, I will go to Jearseys Mike's and pay full price for a better sandwich. Oh, did I tell you one sandwich did not have what I asked for on it. I was told only the sandwich on there list not what was said on the coupon, I see why they are slowly going out of business as a chain.

This subway just always gets worse. Never know what to expect. You won't be greeted and when I asked for lightly toasted, specifically 22 seconds, the lady put it at 12 and I asked for a bit more. She tried to argue with me that I said lightly toasted. When the cheese wasn't even melted. I repeated that I asked a bit more. She seemed annoyed. It feels so uncomfortable how rude she was. She did not know how to put on toppings. It looked tossed together by a child. It tasted off. She was stingy with toppings. She was barely putting any veggies on. I had to keep asking her for extra. the cucumbers were so hard. My sandwich was squashed on one side. Stingy with toppings.
