I just want to say that the horchata was very good. We had order tripa tacos and burritos and the tripas were soggy. We did ask for crispy. Though the service was nice.

We come to this taco bell frequently. Tonight when we ordered at the drive thru I even commented to my husband how friendly and nice the person who took our order was. At the window she told use her name was Sophie. I think that's the first time anyone told us there name. She didn't disappoint, Great attitude and smile.

Waited in line for 20 mins and then told over the system it froze and they couldn’t take orders but couldn’t get out of line be in the drive through so now stuck for another 15 to finally reach the window for them to say they are only doing grub hub or door dash. I already hate this trash food company but got in line for a friend since they were finally open or so we thought. Going down the drain Taco Ralph. Good riddens!

Taco bell food quality rarely changes from restaurant to restaurant and always tastes good but it's really nice when you walk into somewhere and they give you a great reception and make you feel really welcome. We ate here a lot for lunch during our many stays in palm springs.
