Atmosphere is cool, the staff sucks. Not knowledgeable, not attentive, not experienced. I’m sure they make so much money that they don’t even care, so as long as you don’t mind how you’re treated you will surely enjoy your cocktails. Oh, and make a reservation because no matter how many seats are empty you are not allowed to sit anywhere but the bar unless your name is on a list even though there is no sign anywhere that you need to do so. There wasn't food available last night, but we had zero issues with that. We came for the drinks! First time visitors and Tailor Shop didn't disappoint! Club Owner is my new jam! Don't forget to nibble on the chocolate square while you sip it. TS is a real vibe. Loved it and their thoughtfully-curated menu of drinks! Perfect pre-game spot

This is my second time here, visiting from out of town. These two drinks were $50 total, but I don't really drink often so I'd rather splurge on something amazing when I do. The staff was so kind and friendly.I prefer to go earlier when it's quieter and it does get busier as the night goes on. Tonight I went and read a book and sipped my cocktails. I did not feel rushed and when I needed anything, they were right there- not that I was in a rush.I can't wait to come back and visit again.

I can’t tell you about the food, drinks or atmosphere but I can tell you about my experience. This restaurant cancelled a reservation for 6 people at 6:15 pm at 4:31 pm on the day of the reservation. What made it more crappy was that we’d confirmed via text from Open Table the day before. So hoping it was a mistake I tried to call them, but no one answered even after calling a few times after they opened for business. Their phone number doesn’t have voice mail aet up. Absolutely our worst experience in Palm Springs in years. It’s rare to be treated this way. I hate to leave bad reviews but this property completely earned one. I truly recommend that you avoid this restaurant.

Tailor Shop is unlike most area cocktail bars - it is small, beautifully designed, and feels intimate. The drinks are delicious, and the options for food are excellent (and tasty). It feels like an experience. Staff was overly busy (they were understaffed) and we were there on a Monday night, so maybe they weren't expecting a crowd, but they were friendly and professional. We have already recommended Tailor Shop to others and will definitely go back.

Discovered my new favorite drink there - Great place for well made cocktails. Place had a great vibe. Boozy Taylor, so crisp and clean. The bartenders were so knowledgeable and recommended drinks for me to try based on my preferences. And they made my French Blonde fresh and yummy. Atmosphere is great .. cool and hip. Everyone was so kind. Love this place. Will totally come again when I’m in town.

Staff was excellent. Definitely a place for someone who appreciates cocktails. Meatballs were delicious but they were out of the tuna appie which we were hoping for. Came with Prosecco and a sparkler for my friend's birthday ❤️

Cozy space tucked away behind a hedge that one might otherwise pass. Excellent customer service, drinks and food. Great place for a date or to meet friends. Well kept secret in Palm Springs that should be explored by all.

It was great! Elliot was a terrific server and bartender. The only issue we had was the choice of music. One song in particular had lyrics that were very insulting and explicit. About the time I went to complained, the song ended. But overall the music choice could have been more appropriate to the atmosphere of the place.
We sat at the bar and didn't order food....but I'm sure if we had it would've been amazing. It's such a quiet, dark vibe and the best part was the bartender. He was so attentive and crafted the cocktails like they were works of art--with such passion! Loved it. Loved the logo, the decorations, all the details. Such a great find. Perfect for drinks before or after dinner.

The cocktails here are as good as anywhere. Our bartender was mad talented and made a 10/10 old fashioned; try the Owners Club if you like whiskey, it’s a legendary drink.Servers and wait staff were cool too.The soundtrack mostly mellow speakeasy hip-hop.

Excellent. Every damn time. Tell them what you like and they will make it. It's that simple. I'm SUCH a fan. The drinks are pricey but worth every penny. I highly recommend "the fitting room" but if there's not something that appeals to you, they will make something else your love. Awesome drinks, awesome staff. Awesome place.

We were visiting from out of state and made a reservation for NYE. The drinks were delicious. They even took my husband behind the bar to help him pick out a whiskey. We didn't have any food but it sounded good from the menu. They had a DJ which seemed a little out of place and loud but it was for NYE so I would be curious what the vibe is on a regular night. The staff was amazing and they brought around champagne, noise makers, and confetti right before midnight which felt so special. If we lived in town this would definitely be a regular spot for us.
