This place is a joke. I paid nearly $500 a night for a room (after taxes and fees) and thought, "awesome, I'll. Be close to everything, it should be great!" It's like a motel, at best. If you are used to quality hotel service and accommodations, you'll be sorely disappointed, at nearly $500 a night. If you don't know better because you don't know better ... it's not worth my breath. The people who are staying here and are ok with the prices are from Europe and got sucked in or they are from America and you simply aren't used to quality service and accommodations. No extras whatsoever. It's a joke. Stay at the Hyatt on the strip, it's older, but offers everything the same (or better) and 1/2 the price. Good God, what's happening. At $500 a night ... there is much better, I'll not ever make this mistake again.

Stayed there last week and paid way too much for a hotel that was mostly closed. Liked the location but probably stayed else where if they told me that the restaurant and bar were closed. Very bummed.

Very disappointed in this place. I had an intuition that it was not managed well and sure enough, March 8, 2024, Riverside county closed it for vermin infestation! I hope they get their act together.

We booked this place in a hurry without checking Yelp. On the way, we looked and were very apprehensive. Our experience with the place was positive. The biggest plus is location. It is right in the middle of everything. The service was good as well. We were lucky to get early checkin, and there was no additional fee. The room was large and clean. If anyone is expecting a luxe experience for the low prices they are being charged, they may be disappointed. However, for the price, this place is a bargain.

My husband arrived on site along with a few other groups of our friends that are staying at the hotel and the guy at the front desk was rude immediately. We have a truck and according to their website they offer free valet parking and they refused to accommodate our truck. I asked to speak with the manager and the guy at the front desk refused to let me talk to him. He said I could call back at 6 AM. I told him that defeats the whole purpose of me trying to figure out where we can park the truck. He said we can park in the alley outback and they are not responsible for any damage. I said they should've called a neighboring hotel and asked if we can park there and they would shuttle us back and they refused to help us whatsoever. They allowed some vehicles to be parked out front, but not ours. I do not recommend this hotel if you want good customer service!! They will not refund our money and told us we are on our own for parking. Stay somewhere else!

Very rarely, do you find a hotel that has actual customer service. I cannot recommend hotels Zozo Moorr everyone is so nice and so professional and so helpful. I had a situation over the holiday and they were wonderful and took care of everything to our extreme satisfaction

First of all, THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL. It clearly caters to the gay community, which is fine, however, please advertise it as such. We made the mistake of bringing our teenage son here. The hotel is attached to a gay bar and features a Drag Queen Bingo Night in the hotel lobby. We came here for the ammenities...pool, spa & fitness room. Upon arrival, we found out that the hot tub was not working, the spacious pool advertised was a large wading pool and in the fitness room, 3 out of 4 machines were not working. This is not a 4 star hotel. The only redeeming factor was that we were able to use their sister hotel Palm Mountain Resort's pool and hot tub within walking distance. This is a much classier hotel and we will consider staying there next time.

We stayed at Hotel Zoso for 3 nights and had one of our worst hotel experiences ever. Please read other reviewers comments as we had very similar experiences. First, this is not even close to a 4-star hotel like it claims. The hotel front desk staff are unprofessional and not equipped to handle all the problems this hotel offers. We read previous reviews that said the hot tub was not working so we called the front desk to make sure it was working before we committed because this was one of the main reason for picking this hotel (our kids love them). They said it was but when we arrived it was broken and felt lied to. Crazy that they still wanted to charge us a $40 resort fee. The pool area itself is very run down. When we wanted to take our first shower in the morning there was NO HOT WATER - not even warm. Maintenance had to work on our shower for over an hour while we were just getting up to produce a final result of only luke warm water. Some other minor issues we had were that our hotel view was a strip mall, our room did not have a remote control for TV and the Bar has a long wait because they had only one person working for there big drag show bingo event. Also no IPA beer, just Budwieser, corona and beers like that. This hotel is not a 4 start hotel and run down and ruined the beginning of our vacation. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE.

The location of the hotel was perfect. But The place needs renovations, my room carpet was dirty (they didn't clean it well )and I'm not sure if there's a bed bug because my wife got stung, but what I'm sure about is the spiders webs in the room. The furniture in the room painted with a paint brush they tried to cover all the marks and damages but it didn't work another thing I wasn't happy about is the jacuzzi was closed plus there's a strong odor next to the pool. I called the front desk twice asking for something, both people were rude, the room was noisy not well insulated people were loud till 4 AM and you can hear cars traveling all day long. I thought I'm going to enjoy my couple nights there relaxing but I did not And on the top of that when you check out there is a resort fee on your bill for each night you stayed, and my question why those charges for? First this place doesn't look like a resort especially with the fake grass and tree next to the pool and the name of this place is Hotel Zoso not Zoso resort so I believe they have to refund my money back.

I stayed here in early November and the location and staff were great! It's in the heart of downtown Palm Springs near all of the cute shops and bars and near the newly-opened Cahuilla Cultural Center. The staff was considerate and fun. The hotel itself has a modern lobby, and the rooms are a bit dated, but still comfortable.

I liked this hotel. We stayed here Tuesday thru Friday during the first week of December so it was not occupied with a lot of guests. The double bed room was simple. Nice shower. They have a bar, however, their restaurant is closed for renovation. Great upfront staff! Best thing about this hotel is that you can walk out their front door and cross the street and you are in downtown Palm Springs, which is full of shops and restaurants. I would stay here, again.

Overall, the hotel is pretty centrally located, which I enjoyed that very much walking distance from everything. I wish they had a bar selection and a bigger food menu, but for the most part I like the hotel, and it was clean.

Hotel ZOSO is a great central location in Palm Springs to all kinds of restaurants and shops. It is pet friendly however, there is not actual pet relief area. We had to take puppies outside in the rocks which was challenging but worked out.
