I attended Zoso Fun's Drag Brunch and had a great time with my friends. The performers were some of the best I've seen. The brunch spread was delicious. And I never found the bottom of the bottomless mimosa ?

I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I think they were understaffed, bc I only saw one waitress, who had quite a few tables. It took about 20 min for someone to take our drink order. There were only 2 of us, and we only got one drink. Then it took about another 10 min for them to bring the forgotten drink, which was just a water. It took about 35 min for us to get our food, and they got the order wrong. However, when it came for the check, that was promptly given. The acting manager did apologize, so I understand. But you would think that during a 3 day weekend, you would have more than one person working.
Great cheeseburger! Was expecting normal, mediocre hotel restaurant food, but was pleasantly surprised and Gerry was a great server.
The best atmosphere for chilling out after partying by the pool all day!!!
Nope! Everything about this experience was a train wreck. From the reservation that was made on open table for a nice dinner on New Year's Eve. We were running a few minutes late so called to see if that would be a problem, “no problemâ€. When we arrived The Kitchen Restaurant was closed, I guess we have a problem. We ended up asking the person at the bar for help and we're sent to the front desk and then were told to ask the person at the bar. We we're asked if we booked on open table and we said we had. A shake of the front desk managers head and the comment we don't use open table anymore did not help set the mood. So “The Kitchen Restaurant ended up being the bar lobby seating area. It took them quite a while to figure it out on their end what to even do. Ok we can be troopers about this, it's New Year's Eve. Our place settings consisted of a plate of flatware, cocktail napkins and plastic drink glasses. The basic menu we order from wasn't even correct. The seared salmon with the cauliflower purée and radish salad came out with a poor attempt at Risotto under a mediocre salmon entree. The burger was the same. A bacon burger that came without cheese, not what we ordered. The tacos saved the hangry guest from a complete meltdown. The server/bartender tried her best and comped us an order of tacos. Complete confusion would describe this experience at best. The atmosphere was dreary at best and the place was dead. A far fall from the prior Hard Rock Hotel this place used to be. This place needs a major overhaul if it intends to make it. Until then I would advise somewhere else (at least for dinner). I hope the hotel functions better than The Kitchen.
Took a long time to get service. The kitchen restaurant was closed so we were sent to dine the bar area. Service was extremely slow, however service was great when it finally arrived.
The restaurant was closed and we had to sit in the hotel lobby. Didn't seem like they had any idea about the reservation system. The menu was totally different than what was on open table. That said, our waitress was very nice and attentive.
The restaurant was closed. We were directed to the Pit (lounge) or the bar to have dinner. It took forever to get our food and drinks and it wasn't that crowded. The only good thing that I can say was the Cobb salad really good. My husband had the Fish & Chips which was too salty and the batter was very dense. Not sure that we will ever eat here.
Went in for a late night meal and the service was great! Although it was towards end of night and close to closing, we still received great service. I ordered a salad and it was filling and delish.
We did not end up eating here, after getting there we were told that they have new management and a very limited menu at this time so we left. The man that greeted us was very nice and understanding. He referred us to another restaurant that had more options.

We thought we had reservations for the Drag Brunch and had planned our morning and early afternoon around this. When we arrived we were told it was sold out and that we should have been directed to a website (which we were not). We noticed that many guests had the same experience. Extremely disappointed as we were a small group gathering from all over California, and excited to be a part of this experience. Would not recommend this to anyone we know (and we know a lot of people in Palm Springs and surrounding areas).
Awful experience. The bartender from the lobby bar had to seat us because there no host or waiter in the restaurant. Food was not up to par. The caesar salad tasted like it came from a bag from the grocery store, the parm cheese on top was stale and the calamari we ordered was in the shape of sticks. So gross.
The overall experience was fun and exciting. We loved the drag show and it's cause. Food was delicious but slightly over priced. Trish the waiter could of had a bit of a better attitude she seemed moody and didn't give the best of service. We drove from far and would of expected a better service.
We came for the Drg Brnch and were not disappointed. We were celebrating 2 birthdays. The food was good and just what I needed after a weekend of dining out. Look out - the bottomless Bloody Mary can be deceiving. Our glasses were kept full. The servers had their hands full with everyone coming at once and wanting to eat before the show. I am not a foodie, so I was very happy with my meal. We will be back.
It was empty in a Saturday night.....which should have been a red flag....the waiter was kind but the food took forever to get out to us...then the item they recommended was no longer available....ordered a brownie sundae for desert....they ran out of vanilla ice cream....so the used whip cream to disguise it...and still tried to charge me...my girl liked her burger si it was not all bad.
