A wonderful wonderful evening - Chris helped us make a reservation that could work for our party and Ethan, our server was so amazing with his recommendations, delicious cocktails and his lovely demeanour. We had the best time at this beautiful spot.

This was a huge disappointment, we made a lunch reservation then were told at the door that it was a 21 and over property (said this nowhere when making the reservation). Seems to be just an Instagram place.
Service and food was horrible. The bar was also slow and subpar. Very disappointing. It is actually an outrage to spend good money for a poor experience.

We arrived at 5 with a reservation and we were the only 2 people in the place for at least 20 minutes. There were two servers and when we left it was still only a third full.
Our water glasses were not refilled.
I wasn’t offered another cocktail.
No one asked how our email was.
We weren’t offered dessert.
Service was very disappointing.
Fried chicken was good. The sauce with it was inedible.
The broccolini was very good.
My husband liked his salmon.
It’s too bad this was such a disappointment because the place is really cute . Fortunately there are plenty of other cute places with good service and food in Palm Springs.

Guys, please, make the menu more easy to read, sometimes you need to sacrifice beauty for the sake of convenience and this is exactly your case. Pale and small print is not easy to read, especially for older people.
Food is amazing 👍

We had a fantastic few day stay at La Serena. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and welcoming. The bathrooms are huge. We had an outdoor spa that we did not use, so no insights there. The location is great - walk to everything with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast (which was included) was very good, and we had excellent dinner and drinks at the restaurant one evening. The pool was really nice. My only complaint would be that there is not enough seating/lounges for guests. On one day at least two sets of lounges were marked reserved but no one was using them when we walked by the pool earlier and then returned to swim several hours later. So we had no seats while they sat open for more than an hour. At this price you should be able to fully use the pool.
A+ hotel and A++ staff. I booked a room and couples massage and this exceeded our expectations. The adventure started with a small hiccup with the hotel moving our villa to another room due to a change in ownership issue. However, Misty the manager was instrumental in finding a solution that exceeded our expectations. The staff were overwhelmingly kind and helpful. The food was outstanding and the drinks were delicious. The poolside water with a hint of pineapple was refreshing in the hot sun. I'd also like to thank Jose (sp?) for his amazing hospitality. I can't wait to go again.

Overall, this hotel is quite good. The restaurant is exceptional, receiving a 10/10 rating for its delicious cuisine. The staff, particularly the manager and our server Manny, are amazing and provide exceptional customer service. The rooms are cozy and charming, complete with a fire pit and bathtub attached to each room. However, there were a few disappointments during my stay. Despite booking the room back in May and sending multiple emails requesting assistance with booking massages, I did not receive a response until a couple of days before my trip. Additionally, I required a handicap accessible room, which resulted in a lot of back and forth communication, detracting from the excitement of the trip. Although I did not book directly with the hotel, I was surprised to learn that they wanted to charge an extra for this accommodation. Fortunately, after contacting the manager , I was able to secure the room. Unfortunately, the pool was not as clean as I would have liked and seemed a bit unsanitary. Additionally, the hotel has a strict rule prohibiting the use of floating devices in the pool. It's frustrating that the hotel's website doesn't mention that floaty devices are not allowed in the pool. Palm Springs is known for its pools and sunshine, and I was surprised by this policy. I understand that the hotel is under new management and is going through a transition, but it's still confusing. On their Instagram page, they even promote pictures of floaties in the pool. The floaty I had was just for my back, and it didn't take up much space or ruin the "vibe" of the pool area. It's a shame that I couldn't use it. On the other hand, the breakfast that came with our reservation was absolutely adorable. The breakfast was very clean, and delicious. It would be great if the hotel had valet parking or designated parking for guests. I didn't feel comfortable parking on the street, especially since there is a BevMo across the street and a lot of Junkie in the parking area , It would have been more convenient and secure to have a parking option provided by the hotel. Overall, the staff at the stall was extremely kind, and the massage I received was truly amazing. I highly recommend booking a massage when you visit. This hotel is especially ideal for couples, as you can spend the entire day enjoying the amenities without needing to leave. The drinks and food are exceptional, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. It was a wonderful getaway, and I would definitely return again in the future.
Great location.

This hotel is one of the best, if not the best I have ever stayed at. Every detail is so thoughtful -- from the door handle covers (Palm Springs is HOT!) to the towel covers at the pool to the welcome amenities and daily breakfast. We checked in here for our 15 year wedding anniversary and were greeted with a welcome glass of champagne in the lobby. Then, in our room, we were gifted with a full bottle of wine and a small bottle for tequila shots (complete with salt and lime!). We stayed in one of the spa suites, which has it's own private in-ground hot tub and fire put. The room itself was large, comfortable, and gorgeous. It had a living room with a pullout sofa, kitchen with an eat-in dining room, separate King bedroom and a huge bathroom. The shower was MASSIVE! The hot tub was entirely private and we enjoyed many morning and evening soaks. The fire pit and hot tub both turned on with the turn of a dial, which was incredibly convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily breakfast. I expected maybe a muffin and coffee, but we had breakfast burritos, fresh fruit, muffins, orange juice, and lattes/coffee delivered daily. It was delivered in a basket to our door, and all the packaging materials were reusable, which was really lovely to see. We added the Couples 1-Hour Massage with Fruit & Champagne by the Whispers Spa pool with a Reserved Day Bed to our package, which we enjoyed Saturday. What a great addition -- we had an entire day with a reserved daybed at a picturesque pool, a fantastic couples massage on property at Whispers spa, a gorgeous and yummy fruit platter, and a bottle of champagne. We ordered lunch from Azucar, which is right next to the pool, as well as many cocktails from the pool. Everything was delicious and we felt so spoiled! The entire staff at this resort was amazing! They make you feel like family in the best way -- every single person had a smile and was genuinely kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed every single minute at La Serena Villas, and we are already planning our next visit!
I was wowed by the level of detail with their customer service! I really felt like this was 5 star customer service. The staff are very attentive to guests every request, they are prompt and follow through. I have a gluten allergy and they went above and beyond to communicate. The price is well worth it here, breakfast baskets included each morning. Beautiful resort walking distance to downtown PS. The villas are clean, stylish, quiet. The perfect oasis getaway. We will be coming back.
Look no further - this is the place to stay in Palm Springs!! My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. The service was incredible - met with a warm hello and a cold beverage, tequila shot in room, unlimited filtered water in glass bottles (I always cringe when hotels use plastic bottles), and very large villas all including a large private patio with an electric fire pit and a spacious outdoor bath. The custom made a La carte breakfast basket was wonderful and generous and included a thermos of coffee, plenty of hot and cold options with some extras at cost (eg latte); my fave being a delicious egg white burrito and overnight oats with fresh fruit. We took off early to Joshua tree one day and they let us take the basket with us! Having the kitchenette in the deluxe suite made it easy to store beverages, leftovers and treats. The restaurant staff was very friendly and ensured they always had space for guests despite reservations being required in advance. We ate tacos, chips and guacamole poolside almost every day and it was delicious. Despite the hotel being nearly fully booked when we were there, there was plenty of space to relax around the pool or jacuzzi (no reservations required for cabanas). We didn’t use the spa but heard great things from other guests. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a couples getaway or small group vacation.
