Used to come here and enjoyed it, and it's really changed and gone down hill over the past couple of years. Drinks are using cheap syrups and ingredients. Just had a terrible Mai Tai that was mostly lime juice. Food has changed for the worse as well. Sad to see how it is now

Very tropical setting 👌: decorations, the drinks 🍸 (including the nonalcoholic drinks) were delicious and well garnished with 🍍pineapple, 🍒 cherries, and a cute mini parasol. The food was delicious 😋 tasted very fresh and well seasoned. The service was also very good: our order was taken promptly, our drinks were brought promptly, and food was also brought promptly. 👌

Listen, if you come to Palm Springs and you don't stop at The Reef for a icocktail or a tiki libation, you missed out, and if you do go there based on reading this, you're welcome, you can owe me some other way. awesome pool scene as well as great drinks. Don't forget to get The limited edition releases of their tiki mugs that you can only get here at this place. Everybody loves them. ❤️ 😍

Came here with a group of friends and instantly loved the vibe. The place is spacious but still manages to feel intimate. The lighting is perfect for evening drinks, and the décor is modern with an industrial twist. The bartenders mixed some fantastic cocktails — I highly recommend the smoked rosemary old fashioned. The service was fast, and the staff made sure we never had an empty glass. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

As a previous reviewer mentioned....a vacation from your vacation. This little hideaway was the perfect place to unwind from a day of chatting at the conference. The Cobb Salad was fully loaded with 3 different kinds of meat, a large portion of blue cheese, and no shortage of hard boiled egg. Although I didn't have any of the specialty drinks, I was surrounded by them during my meal. Although it's part of the motel, you really don't notice once you're there. Happy to try some of their other drinks and food choices on their menu. FYI, as long as you know in ADVANCE to walk lightly with the older waitress, you'll get the service you expect provided you're polite and respectful.

This is a cute little tiki bar tucked away at the Caliente at the south end of the strip. If you’re staying in the hotels down there like the V the Ace or Saguaro it’s the perfect spot to start off your night because the drinks are strong tiki drinks. The staff is really nice and the atmosphere is chill, very cool and tiki.

The moment we walked in, we felt completely unwelcomed. It was only about 830 and I had read that the kitchen closed at 10 and the bar closed at midnight. So we figured we’d be there right at the right time for a light dinner and drinks. Not only did the bartender totally bad vibe us, the server seemed completely out of it and again we got the feeling that she wished we weren’t there at all. I have never in my life had an experience like that from a food server. She was completely blank, seemed depressed and obviously did not want to interact with us. The atmosphere as usual is very cool, the cocktails were fine, the food was mediocre, the service was not hostile but maybe passive aggressive would describe it. Very strange experience and will never go back.

The food is good, the drinks are good, the atmosphere is good, however the service is absolutely awful. We will not be going back to the Reef nor staying at the Caliente because of the older woman that works there. I have never encountered such a rude human being. Reading through other reviews I see that she’s been there a long time and has been awful the entire time. Obviously the management doesn’t care about customer complaints.

Great drinks, friendly service, and cute tiki vibe by the pool. We had Mai Tai, Palm Springs Punch, and Painkiller, all were lovely.
