We are a three generation family of women ( one of us with a walker). The gentleman decided he would try to shove us in the corner by putting 2 two tops together when there were at least two empty 4 tops in the street side area. He was obviously discriminating against us and didn’t want us sitting in the more desirable location. The place was half empty, on a Monday night. The person with the walker could not even navigate down the narrow walkway to get to the table. Luckily a woman came out and we asked to be seated at a larger table that was more easily accessible. The menu choices were interesting, so we ordered family style to share. The other disappointment was that they choose to charge $2.00 for a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese to go with our pasta dish. That is absolutely ridiculous. If cheese costs are high, factor it in to the cost of the item. We shouldn’t be made to feel like it’s some precious commodity. It’s Parmesan cheese! The food was flavorful overall, but the service was very disappointing.

Great food and atmosphere! The fries are extremely crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Highly recommend the BLTA

Had a party of 10 and was seated outside within moments. Everyone (all servers and owners) was super nice and attentive.
The food was fantastic (smash burger w/ fries) and our server Mikel was outstanding. We highly recommend this establishment. Thanks Thirsty Palms!

Amazing food. Chicken cesar salad was delicious, fresh and tender chicken and really tasted the freshness of the ingredients. The pepperoni pizza was also delicious. Topped all that off with great service, and you have yourself a winning combination.

I’ve visited three times now and always order the same breakfast—their Chilaquiles Verdes with a spicy Bloody Mary—because they’re that good. The tortilla chips stay perfectly crisp under the spicy salsa, and every bite is satisfying. We also tried the Palm Springs Benedict, which was equally delicious and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is consistently attentive, and Urs, the owner, always greets us warmly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Truly one of the best breakfast spots in Palm Springs.

If you’re seeking a refined yet relaxed spot in Palm Springs somewhere that accommodates good food, decent drinks, and a friendly vibe, The Thirsty Palms is a strong choice. It might not be ultra-fine dining, but it delivers excellent value and an enjoyable experience. For your visit: go early to secure a terrace table, perhaps settle in for happy hour, and let yourself enjoy the blend of comfort and Palm Springs charm!

Such a great spot for brunch! The place is super cute — all that green just makes you feel fresh and awake. Grab a coffee, chill to the music, and check out the old Palm Springs photos on the wall — total good vibes.
The food’s clean, simple, and delicious. I had the Denver omelet (everyone recommended it) and it was so good — huge portion and awesome value.
Perfect place to start your weekend morning slow and easy. Definitely coming back! 🌞☕🍳
