Fabulous, as always. I had the splendid Chicken entree, a fantastic standard. Shaun had the amazing Pork Chop entree. Add the onion rings as an appetizer? Perfect. And for the first time we had Sarah as our server, and she is just the best! Well done!

Tropicale gives you the feeling of paradise in the desert. We arrived and we were warmly greeted and immediately seated for dinner. The ambiance is nostalgic yet very cool for today's diners. The menu offers a variety of Hawaiian Asian Fusion delights from a platter of Pupus (appetizers) for two (a “must have” on the first visit) to refreshing salads (the organic greens with toasted walnuts - delish) to wonderful entrees with a unique island twist (we'll try a few on our next visit). The drink menu offers many tropical cocktails plus your favorite wines and beers (including a crisp Belgian Pilsner that my husband loved). The service is outstanding - our server recommended the carrot cake and chocolate cream pie - customers' faves for dessert. We went for a cup of freshly brewed decaf coffee and a slice of the chocolate cream cake - absolutely delicious and not overly sweet. Make note, one piece was more than enough for the two of us. So here it is in a nutshell, if you're looking for a piece of paradise in the desert Tropicale is the place to be. Make a reservation and enjoy! 😃🏝️🏜️💕

If you're looking for a dining experience that delights the senses, look no further than The Tropical. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and sincere service from Ramses, which set the tone for a fantastic meal. We started with the Caesar Salad featuring shaved Parmesan—it was an absolute winner! The salad was cold and crunchy, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of accompaniments. It's definitely best shared to fully appreciate its refreshing flavors. For our main course, we indulged in the tomahawk Cuban rubbed pork chop served alongside rice and black beans. It was nothing short of awesome! The robust flavors of the rub paired beautifully with the tender meat, making every bite a delight. Overall, we enjoyed every aspect of our meal at The Tropical. With delicious food and warm hospitality, this restaurant is a gem worth visiting again and again. Highly recommended!

Vibrant, noisy place with great outdoor seating. Great service. Pupu platter was good - tempura green beans and tiger shrimp were the best items on it. Fried chicken was really yummy, and enough for a good sized leftover lunch. Barbacoa was very tender. Mile High Cake was great, wasn't overly sickly sweet either.

Tropicale clearly provides one of the very best dining experiences available to diners who frequent restaurants in our desert communities. The friendly service and quality of food presentations are without comparison.

Much better than previous visits ... but they still struggle to pace the courses: NO ONE wants the entrees to arrive as they're still eating the appetizers. It's incredibly disruptive.

Great place. A bit expensive, but great drinks and great food and great service, so no complaints! Dominick the server was exemplary! Really great, friendly & hospitable.

We come to Palm Springs for vacation every year and always have dinner at the Tropicale our first night. The food is fabulous.

Good service and food. The waiter offered to spit the bill amongst the group without even asking how cool was that!
