Always excellent. We DO wish our server had been a little less "brisk" about informing us the kitchen was "closing in 15 minutes, so you need to order". We didn't know a 7:30 reservation on Thanksgiving night would be so rushed. We also get that it was a long workday and folks were tired and maybe wanting to be home with their own families.

Excellent food! Great place for a special occasion. Turkey dinner was so big we both needed to bring it home!

The Tropicale is always wonderful. Great food and the service is always wonderful. We will go back for sure.

Loved the atmosphere, we sat outside by a fun little waterfall and under a heater. Service was good and friendly, it wasn't crowded. We were celebrating so it was a good experience, very pricy if it's just a casual night out. Food was delicious but pricy.

The waiter was attentive. However, when my plate was sent to be boxed, my sides were trashed and only the chicken was in the box. I pointed out to the staff. The box was take. To the kitchen and returned to me. When I got home, only one of the sides was added. Otherwise, it was a good meal and enjoyable experience. I suggest that you box your own to-go food.

$17 for a cup of crappy soup and they didn't have crackers to go with it, brought be a few croutons instead. Stupid

This is a great unique place. Inside is one atmosfear and outside is another. The food is great. It is a little expensive but really good and different food. One time had an issue with a burnt pizza, but I would still go back!

We're from out of town, and this restaurant was recommended to us, and we know why! Everything about it was stupendous.

Tropical does not seem to be as good as it used to be. The food was just average. The chicken sauté was very good as was the sauce, but the swordfish was overcooked and the sauce on the spaghetti I had no flavor. The service was uneven and they were not busy. The sound level was very, very good and the atmosphere was perfect.

Our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs. We go a few times a year and it never disappoints. From the incredibly friendly staff, amazing servers and delicious food... It's a 5 star win. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it.

I just love it there. Its not like the greatest food and they changed the menu from when i was there last. But the place is pretty and the people are cool. 10 our of 10

We had a great time here. As first time visitors to Palm Springs for a short stay, looking for a quintessential dining experience, this had it all. Kitschy decor, buzzing ambiance, excellent table side service and exceptional food and cocktails. And not overpriced. Which after coming from Las Vegas was a nice change.

We had a great dinner. The food and service was wonderful. It was a little too noisy on the inside patio. Maybe the bigger outdoor patio would be less noisy

Found a worm in our pizza. How it got there?? Ask Dan the manager, we must’ve put it there to get a free dinner. Do not eat here. They do not value their customers.
