The Tropicale Palm Springs

Tropicale clearly provides one of the very best dining experiences available to diners who frequent restaurants in our desert communities. The friendly service and quality of food presentations are without comparison.

Much better than previous visits ... but they still struggle to pace the courses: NO ONE wants the entrees to arrive as they're still eating the appetizers. It's incredibly disruptive.

Great place. A bit expensive, but great drinks and great food and great service, so no complaints! Dominick the server was exemplary! Really great, friendly & hospitable.

We come to Palm Springs for vacation every year and always have dinner at the Tropicale our first night. The food is fabulous.

Good service and food. The waiter offered to spit the bill amongst the group without even asking how cool was that!

Tropicale is one of our faves, and tonight was no exception. Carissa is an amazing server - she answered all of our questions, made helpful suggestions and added fun to our night. The portions are tremendous - we have leftovers for multiple meals. And the ambiance is always, always welcoming and warm.

Great service once again the tiki patio is awesome. Our waitress Carissa was on top of it. Kept the drinks flowing. Great food, great atmosphere highly recommend. We are weekly diners. 

a PS classic gem -- wide variety of cocktails and eating options. Everything was perfectly shareable between four friends to get a little of everything. The Pupu Platter (starter) is nearly enough for a meal for two people -- and worth it!

If you make reservations there, I’d ask for a server other than Josh! He totally disappoints! I even had to ask his name on introductions. We had to ask him two to three times for refills and condiments and he TOTALLY screwed up our splitting our bill. Then had the balls to text and explain what he did wrong while begging for a larger tip. I love the food but expect to spend your whole evening there to dine. First time there in 5 plus years having the same thoughts I did then. Food good, service sucks.

NOT worth it Food and Service is lacking anything special

First time diner at Tropicale and just loved it. Party of 4. 3 had pizzas and I had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Salad. Everyone loved their meals. We all had unique cocktails, all fantastic. Our server was Jesse, and he was wonderful. Pleasant, upbeat and gave great advice. We will be back on our next trip.

Loved outdoor patio, even in cooler weather is somewhat protected.
Food was as fab as the waiter suggested. Staff were impeccable at our table .
