Waited an hour for 2 microwaved breakfast sandwiches. They aren’t even fresh cracked eggs. Would not recommend.

Ordered the Lox Works and was one of the best Lox Bagels I’ve had in a while. What makes this place special is their dessert bagels like French Toast bagel with Maple cream cheese! This place does get lines out the door partially because they aren’t the fastest at being made. However the quality is worth the wait.

Traditional NYC style boiled bagels - yes they are probably going to be smaller than you expect but they are still very hearty! Breakfast sandwich was excellent, service was nice, went at 9am and they were out of some bagels already so make sure you come early! Will be back the next time we are in town.

We call this place "Tiny" Bagel due to the small size of their bagels, which are just average and not worth the effort to procure from the unfriendly staff. Over hyped.

The best bagel I’ve ever had, good coffee and pastries!! The wait was 100% worth it. Very friendly and kind staff, especially for how busy they were! Come early because the bagel selection goes quick. Grandma gave her stamp of approval too!

I like coming here, but prices are getting expensive. Hope might have been having a bad day, not friendly not rude, but I didn’t tip and I’m sure that’s why she didn’t say thank you when she gave me my food. I did notice your response to some of the reviews and you state prices are up again because of minimum wage, but you’re always so busy and volume speaks for itself, it does seem like Townie doesn’t think there’s other places that can compete with their bagels, but please be careful, a lot of businesses go from being so busy to no business. At this time I can tell you don’t need to worry about this. I do love how the place is so clean, and wish you great success,

I love a good bagel, and on my vacation I was so excited to see a local bakery that does things right! Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was kind and fun, and we even went back to get breakfast there again because it was so good! Definitely wish we had a spot like this near us!

Bagels were good we went two times. The food isn’t the problem. Hope my cashier was great and sweet. There was another person at the other register that was pretty rude though. I don’t know if that’s the vibe there, good food but really rude employees. I paid for my food and was waiting inside after, but I had coffees and things I wanted to hand off to my husband outside on the patio. I briefly stepped out to get some water for my son and in between that time, less than five minutes probably not more than 2 or so, from when I was waiting and when I stepped outside the other employee came out with our food. I didn’t expect anyone to bring me my food. I was going to head back in and either wait or grab the food myself if it came out but the employee came out and when he did he reprimanded me for not waiting in the waiting area. He said next time you have to wait inside to get the food. I wasn’t aware there was a you better grab your food the minute it comes out policy. His comment raised eyebrows of other customers who heard him too. What a grumpy person to just dump on another on Christmas Eve. Not that I’ll be back in Palm Springs anytime soon but I’d avoid Townies just because of him.

We over priced for what you got. The bagel was on the small side. I got one bagel, one croissant and a coffee 14 Something Way too much.

These decent bagels must be the smallest of such things ever sold; sandwiches accordingly. Order accordingly.
