Enjoyable evening at Trio. Inviting decor with beautiful art all around. We enjoyed the Miso Salmon and the Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna, along with a side of creamed corn. Both were well prepared and very tasty. For dessert we enjoyed the very tasty Pumpkin Sweet Potato Cheesecake.

The food was superb, the service excellent. Our first time but it won't be the last. We very much enjoyed it.

Loved everything about Trio. From the friendly greeting, excellent service, beautiful outdoor seating, and delicious food. I highly recommend the pork chop dinner!

The food was excellent and our server,Dominc, was amazing and gave us great recommendations!

Service was extremely slow. Took maybe 45 mins to get appetizer biscuits, and that set the pace. Food was fine. I ordered mushroom ravioli which was described as creamy and decadent. Filling. It was decadent and filling, and honestly delicious, but it was tortellini and it was in like a demiglace type sauce, which was far from what I was expecting. Biscuits were hot and good, but the ahi was just ok. Crab dumplings were fine but tiny and you only got 4. Way overpriced. I did love the chopped wedge and the Triotini.

OK, we were there on a Tuesday evening--which is a pretty quiet time in general in Palm Springs--and it was very quiet at Trio. Waiter was a character and we had some fun. Pork chop was memorable. Painting on the wall was badly crooked and remained that way even after I asked about it. Whatever. We mostly ate here because it was convenient to the happy hour spot we visited beforehand (Bootleggers Tiki Bar). So overall, not bad, but it didn't really give us any reason to return.

Food was served cold, waiter was dismissive, seemed impatient and too casual. What happened to this once good restaurant?

Our dinner was excellent. The pasta is homemade everyday. I had the mushroom ravioli and is was incredible.

This is a perfect location for a date night or any kind of dining experience. My husband and I enjoyed watching the Palm Springs Christmas Parade from the outside patio. The food was delicious and their dessert menu is outstanding.

The food was not what we expected. And that was a shame because we used to enjoy this restaurant After we finally got service, the server was very nice and expedited our food in a timely manner.

Our server was terrible. He did get our drink order and our dinner order taken in a timely manner. After that, he never returned to see whether the food was satisfactory, if we wanted another drink, if there was anything else we wished to order, etc. The salads arrived promptly, delivered by one of the busboys. There was then a very long wait for the main course to be served. We had to flag down a busboy to ask to check on our meals and ask our waiter to come by to order another drink. The meal finally arrived. About 1/2 way through eating the meal the waiter finally came by to get the additional drink order, by which time we no longer were interested. When we were finished eating, we then had to flag down another busboy to get to-go boxes for our leftovers and to request our desserts to take home. Finally the waiter came with the bill and we paid and left. Not once did management wander by to see if everything was okay or to thank us for choosing to dine at Trio, etc.

Everything was really good .. service was a little slow but it was Thanksgiving. Over all we will be back.

We were promptly seated and provided drink service, along with our order of "bread". The bread consisted of good-looking on the outside but severely underdone on the inside biscuits that wouldn't have tasted good even if properly cooked. We ordered pasta dishes (mushroom ravioli) that took a long time to arrive. The marsala sauce was thin and tasted like, well, marsala that hadn't been properly reduced. The final insult was the poster we saw on the way out, advertising Thursday as Pasta Night: two pasta orders and a bottle of wine for $45. We had two pasta orders and a glass of Trio cabernet for almost twice that advertised cost.
