Cocktail was bad. So bad that we had to return it. The food was incredibly salty. The burger looked like it had been frozen and thawed recently. One positive, the service was good.

I don’t leave reviews regularly. Let me start with that. I came here for a wine dinner that I had booked about an hour before. Unfortunately when I arrived, there was no wine dinner (apparently they cancelled it a while back but the local tourism page still showed it as still happening - ie. not their fault). Needless to say, I was less than pleased (sarcasm). The manager promised me a refund asap and offered me a glass of wine for my troubles. Normally I would decline but he was genuine about it and I decided to accept it. He then continued to provide me with a sample of the biscuits (Sooo good). I then decided to stay and have another bite. The pork belly with crispy rice is something I will definitely go back for (in addition to the biscuits). They offered to pick up the whole tab but I insisted on paying for at least the food. They took a bad situation and made it more than right. They made me a fan. I will definitely be back….for the food and the stellar service.

The service was great but we felt rushedIt wasn't busy so everything came fast it was like they were in a hurry to get people out.The pasta dishes were very salty. The bacon wrapped dates and salad were delicious.Had not been in 10 years - remember it being better.

I love this restaurant. Chef Jeremy is one of the most talented chefs in Palm Springs. Run don’t walk- get yourself to Trio at once!

This restaurant was recommended by Trip Advisor. This was a great local spot to have a Girls' Dinner for a close friend who is getting married soon. Handmade pasta dishes were amazing and the service was great and attentive. You have to try the homemade biscuits with the compound butter. We had a great time all smiles and laughs

Suggest avoiding this restaurant as they seem like they are doing you a favor by having you eat there so go elsewhere as there are better places to eat in Palm Springs. Brought family there to have dinner on a weeknight and after being seated for 30 min, no one came to take our order. Had to ask the host to send someone over to take our order. The place was not busy so that can't be the excuse and no apology or attempt to do better. OK, maybe let that slide as perhaps waiters made a mistake in table coverage. Then our drinks came and no one ever came back for refills. Had to eventually help ourselves to refill water. After appetizers were done and main courses were served, no one came to clear any of the plates so we're stacking plates in the middle to make room. So rest of the staff also doesn't give a damn. The food was just OK, not bad but I wouldn't recommend especially when the entrees are $40 a plate when there are better alternatives. If prices are half that, maybe the subpar service could be understandable, but otherwise I don't see any reason someone should go there.

We stopped here for dinner after sightseeing. What a great find! Dominic took great care of us and provided excellent recommendations. We had the local lettuces salad - such wonderful flavors and fresh ingredients. And we had to indulge in the freshly made pasta so got the spaghetti and raviolo. We're still talking about our meals the next day - so delicious! And Dominic shared a video with us about how the raviolo is made. We highly recommend this gem of a restaurant and will be back on our next trip to Palm Springs.

The food at this establishment is delicious, although a little pricey. My parents got the duck and chicken. I got the beet salad, which was also very tasty. Service was ok. I'd say that they're trying as it is busy. They are dog friendly here, which is nice. Our dogs did well here.

I wish I had taken photos of everything we ordered because it was all fantastic! From the tuna and beef carpaccio starters, to our salads (the Caesar salad was the only one we did not try) to our main course we were blown away! The flavor combinations were perfection and 24 hours later we are still talking about our meals. The spaghetti was AMAZING! I was just in Italy and promise you it’s the real deal. The duck was the best we’ve ever had and the halibut special was delectable as well. Our waiter did a phenomenal job explaining and recommending dishes. It was a beautiful night for us and an outstanding food experience. Go to Trio. You will not be disappointed

Incredibly tasty dinner last night at Trio; very unassuming exterior but don’t let that fool you! The food was delicious - all of it! Small plates that we tried - biscuits, crab croquettes, carpaccio - all very good. Maine includes home made pasta/ravioli, ragu, steak and short rib. Our entire group raved about every dish. Drinks were also top notch; and the service was excellent!! Honest recommendations and a great sense of humor. Will be recommending to others!! Thanks for a great meal

We arrived at our reservation time and were told our table wasn't ready. It was a Friday night, very crowded and noisy both indoors and outdoors. We waited 15 minutes at least and were never given an update on when we might be seated. We left and got takeout from Peppers Thai. Won't be going back to Trio. It wasn't at all welcoming.
