Great place for drinks, mixologists hard at work here. Yummy!

Always a great spot for a cocktail. Tell Brian what you like, and don't like, for alcohol and flavos and he will make you a concoction you will love. My favorite cocktail spot in PS.

I love their crafted cocktails - tell them what you like and they'll make you a spectacular surprise. Always friendly service. Drinks take a little longer since they are handcrafted. We had a lovely charcuterie board and added honeycomb that was amazing!

I ordered the Wagyu beef hot dog. It surpassed all expectations. It was perfectly smoky and sweet with alittle spicy from the in house pickled Fresno chili. The bar will be crowded be patient ordering your drink

This little cocktail bar is cute and all, but the drinks are terrible. They are so sweet. You can’t even taste the alcohol. It’s just popular for the atmosphere and to take pictures, but if you want good drinks, I don’t recommend coming here. They are limited on alcohol brands they serve. You can’t even order a green tea shot or candy shot . Won’t be back.

This is one of my favorite places in Palm Springs. We come here every time we visit. We love the service and feel like this is a home away from home. I was very disappointed in the recent menu updates that have removed all the vegetarian options except for fried potatoes with cheese. This is not healthy and it's not upscale. If I wanted to eat french fries with cheese I would go to Denny's.

Great food, friendly service, drinks on point. Brian the bartender was talkative, attentive, friendly, welcoming and he knows how to make a good drink. He was juggling multiple parties seamlessly. The grilled cheese was great. The AC was on full blast. The bar was clean with a great selection of liquor. Overall every staff member was just kind. I miss that in places. If ur visiting PS trust Truss and Twine for a good time

awesome, awesome creative cocktails with imagination and execution. design inside wasn't anything special but you don't come here for the space, you come for the drinks and the skill behind the bar. for those two things i can't recommend enough. worth going out of your way for.

Totally unexpected experience. The vibe and cocktail specials are more Tiki. I had no idea this was a Tiki Bar. Expert bartenders concocting Amazing drinks! We especially loved the Hua Moa Lio. (Pinhook Bourbon, Banana Liquor, Calpico and All Spice Dram) served in a smoking coconut shell with fresh mint and banana chip garnish. Yum Yum!! The bartenders and staff were super friendly. However that is just the start... The reason we came here is because our friends told us about the pop-up food menu that they have on Wednesdays and Thursdays. OMG! The food was indescribable, beautifully presented, delicious and totally unique. You have to check this out! We were a group of 4 and we ordered one of everything on the menu sans dessert. The two artisans crafting the dishes behind the bar took their time lovingly putting together each order so that it was perfect. If you are a foodie...you must check this place out. The interior is a bit incongruous with the bar theme but that's not why we are there. Come here for a unique food and cocktail experience!

This is a great little bar with great bar staff. Thursday they have a special Mexican menu which was out standing. The Cesar salad was incredible and the chicken thigh was like nothing else we have had before - highly recommend

We went for the Hoja Blanco restaurant pop up. Food was great. Everything else well below average. Cocktails are ok (lots of ice filler and not much booze) but they take 15 minutes to make. Not so much due to the “craft” but the “mixologists” talking incessantly to other patrons about booze and whatever else and our waitress was also very slow and inattentive. Even after she broke a glass on her occasional clearing of dishes at our table, she didn’t even come back to wipe up the shards of glass. Food was very good. Hopefully Hoja Blanco has their own place one day. Truss and Twine not so good. And the vibe while trying to be hipster cool had a rather pedestrian crowd. I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry.
