If it weren’t for Mike and this company chances are my children, my mother, and I would still be stranded in the desert with triple digits. From beginning to end Mr.Téllez was very understanding, respectful, and courteous. He was the only company that was able to rescue us from being stranded. I can never thank him enough for helping us. Our rental car completely broke down on us and the efforts made from the rental company were a complete joke as they were unable to provide us with any form of transportation to the nearest establishment. Mr. Téllez was recommended to us by the tow truck driver that came to pick up the vehicle. And thank goodness he did as he was literally our only way out of that situation.

We booked Trypps this past weekend for transportation for a 13-person bachelorette outing in downtown Palm Springs. Both Mike (the owner) & Shane (our driver) were kind, communicative, helpful, and accommodating. It really gave me peace of mind knowing we had safe transportation from each of our stops and back home since we were drinking. I would 100% recommend Trypps for any of your transportation needs.

I live in Los Angeles and needed a delivery service in Palm Desert to pick up some food at Sherman's Deli and to stop at a supermarket and get a few items for my sick friend. Michael returned my call within 30 minutes, picked up and delivered everything to my friend's doorstep all in the timeframe I asked for. He is honest, fair, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Michael, if you read this, thanks again.

Had a very unfortunate experience with Trypps while in Palm Springs. We had them booked for service for two days. They were over an hour late for pickup on both days. The drivers were very nice, but there was no communication as to why they were late on the first night and the second night he kept claiming he was stuck in traffic (at 1pm on a Saturday???). The first night it was 45 minutes past our pickup time before we even heard a response from anyone at the company if we even had someone coming to get us. Mike, the owner, did not respond to my email expressing my frustrations and wouldn't answer my calls that night. Luckily I had requested the service with ample time and we were only 15 minutes late to our Friday night dinner. However, I made it very clear that that couldn't happen again for our Saturday reservation. Of course it did and we showed up an entire HOUR late to our 2 hour picnic at Joshua Tree. If you want to get anywhere on time, I'd avoid Trypps.
