I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and a soda. I sat at the counter directly in front of the kitchen. The prep person needs to re-learn proper handling of food. He stuck his hand all the way into the large pickle jar to replenish the pickle bin. No gloves no spoon just his bare hands. Then he preceded to prep the buns with lettuce, tomato, pickles and sauces. He didn't wash his hands after they were in the pickle jar. It was a busy lunch time hour and the food was just ok. But seriously $32 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a coke (plus tip)?!

Tyler's is a must every time I'm in Palm Springs - can't pass up their perfect juicy burger. Somersise the burger if you're watching carbs. That's what Suzanne used to do...RIP. Get here early to beat the crowds and enjoy the outdoor seating and friendly service.

This is one of the best downtown Palm Springs burger stops! They have amazing burgers, sandwiches, salads , soups, potato salad, slaw, fries, and milkshakes. It is pretty much always busy, as it is hugely popular with both locals and visitors, so expect to wait a bit during the popular lunch and dinner times for a table. Service can also be a little slower during the really busy rush times.Prices are very reasonable, too.Vegetarian options: They have a good veggie burger on the menu, and good salads.

Burgers and fries are fantastic, but the Cole slaw is incredible. Outdoor area to sit in is great, but parking is tight.

Used to be my favorite burger place in PS. Meal was meh. Burger was big and tasteless. Heyday much better and less crowded. Will not go back. Many better burger options in the desert

This is somewhere I never leave Palm Springs without going! Love it so so much. Years and years of happy lunch dates here. Get there before 1 to make sure you get some potato salad... IYKYK

One of the best burgers in the desert! Worth the wait, and always super friendly service. We always make a stop here whenever we are in town.

been twice, first time was good, second time left a bad taste in my mouth. the burger, decent, the over crisp bacon had the most flavor, the patty under seasoned. the bun was nice and toasty. but the main reason they get 3 stars, their drink policy. one refill, or no refills if you don't get ice. when they charge as much as they do all around, they can afford to give refills like every other place.

This is my second time here and I have to admit. I'm a germaphobe. The staff is super friendly and super engaging. The menu is great . Both times I ordered my burger medium which is pink in the middle. Both times it was very well done. I never return food because I don't want to be that guy. Here is the issue I can't get past. The gentleman building the burgers . He was cutting open boxes of French Fries with a utility knife without washing his hands. Then laying his hands on the lettuce and and touching everything that got near him. This place can be a great spot . Some training is all this place needs. I hope you find my post helpful not hurtful.

Slow service, but burgers are worth the wait! Check it out if looking for a delicious burger in the desert.

I'm not a fan of paying big bucks for a simple hamburger that doesn't even come with fries; however, it was one of the best hamburgers I've had in a long time. Service was good. I gave it four stars due to lack of value. Maybe include a small basket of fries for every two hamburgers purchased at the table.

Best thing to do is sit at the bar. We've ended up talking to several regulars on our trips to Palm Springs and this is where they always sit. The burgers are delicious. Wonderful sandwiches and great shakes too. I've never sat outside or the patio so don't know what's that like. Our experience has always been amazing.
