The food is good, but the service is terrible at this location and they are always out of certain things like brown rice. It's very poorly run, I feel unwlecomed. The whole place feels like a hangout for the staff who took over a section of the restaurant while we ate in the table near by. We've also ordered from here through Postmates and they constantly mess up our orders which is frustrating. I was at the Palm Springs location yesterday. As I walked in I noticed the sign for a new dish called spicy chicken. It showed a picture and a description of a side of dipping sauce. When my order was ready there was no dipping sauce and was told, no, you can't get any. The chicken was quite tasty but there were several big blobs of fat in it. Probably wouldn't order again

Nice place, tasty food that seems to be a healthier alternative for whats around this area. For some reason these places aren't as clean as they use to be and the green onions arnt as fresh. It would help if they had a Hawaiian hot sauce like Japanese/polynesian instead of the stuff they have in the packets or the pickled jalapenos. habanero sauce type would really complement the taste of the food rather then cause a identity crisis.
