I ordered my groceries for pick up and they marked it as it was picked up before I even received it. It bothers me that someone who arrived before me has received their order already in minutes of arriving to their parking spot. Meanwhile I've been waiting in my car for almost 30 minutes. Horrible service. I did the order pick up since I thought it was going to be more convenient but instead it was very inconvenient. The Palm Desert Neighborhood store is better at their pick up service. I will never use the pick up service at this location.

PLEASE READ. I'm in shock. I recommend never going to this Walmart. Please save your $$$. I asked four different employees where something was and they didn't know. I talked to the manager and she seemed confused that I was saying anything. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Please don't go here. Only go here if you want to see what the worst Walmart in America looks like. Never had to write a review for a Walmart.. I'm never expecting much when I go in but this was just the worst.

I previously wrote a review of this store which yelp found offensive and objectionable and out of line with their matrix. So, I won't say anymore. I don't need to, actually. All of the one star ratings pretty much sum it up. Moving on, I choose to pay a buck more and shop at Target.

WTF aid up with walmart these days? no carts to be found anywhere, however carts are easier to find than checkers.... the lines were outrageous and even though there are a dozen or so folks doing other things near the checkout, they simply ignore the fact you got over 50 people trying to pay for their shot with no place to go! over 49 minutes just standing in line... it's not frigging christmas either, it's the first day of summer. no one seems to take responsibility at this location, this is by no means the first time i've wasted my time trying to give the walton's my money, but it IS the last time i will be in this useless store.

I try not to shop this Walmart due to it being so dirty and having such a horrible price accuracy problem between the shelf prices and what the register actually charges you. This morning I picked up 4 Powerade juices which were clearly marked .88 on the shelf but rang up .94. At the same time I heard another customer telling the cashier that the item she just rang up was also either priced incorrectly or rang incorrectly. The employees just don't care and will tell you to take your complaint to the Customer Service desk. This isn't anything new with this store, it's horrible. The theft problem is so bad here that they finally hired outside security. If you drive a few miles to the Palm Desert store it's like night and day.

wTF is it with Walmarts closing customer service several hours before the stores close. It's not only a problem at the Ramon store, but it's everywhere. Also the number of associates seems to have dropped by a lot in just the past few weeks. Stats ding waiting for help with buying a printer for 30 minutes. Might as well wait two days save my active time and just wait 2days for it to come from Amazon. Urge! Best Buy has staff and lots of models to choose from but pretty much only had HPs in stock.

Walmart doesn't change the prices on the shelves. So when you check out the price you are charged is higher than the posted price. This has been going on for months so it must be Walmart's policy to increase their profit.

This location has gone so far down hill. Have been shopping here since they opened many years ago. Last year during COVID I started using the order/pickup service, it was fantastic, at first. Within the year, the service has been so bad that I stopped using it (missing items, substitutions that make no sense... like I ordered eggnog, and was instead given pumpkin pie coffee creamer). In store is just as bad. Slection/stock has been slim. And now, the carts. There are never any carts. I understand that the homeless issue around the store is part of the problem, but why have they not added carts with the distance lock like other stores? There's no excuse for a store as big as Walmart to not have any carts.

Worst job ever, ever wonder why we don't have carts? Yeah the homeless steals them all the time, but Walmart is like a trillion dollar company and can't buy a few hundred carts? Asked them since like October, We are supposed to have 800 carts but we are down to 70 or less. The managers are a joke, I'll throw a story in that infuriated me. - I was picking up carts and I thought that the worker is helping us pick up electric carts. Well no, it was a manager hogging the electric cart, people are waiting to use it, I came up to her and asked "why you using that for?" She replied "I got lazy walking and looked for my car for like 30 mins." I replied "there is people waiting to use that cart and you are hogging it with a completely healthy body just to find your car because you are to lazy?!" - Looking for a job? I recommend a different store. These team leads and coaches are nothing but rude and disrespectful and always slacks - P.S be aware with this specific Walmart, lots of homeless and crackheads here, usually cause a scene in the store and usually breaks a lot of things in the bathroom, so if you brought a family, please for the love of God keep an eye on your kids and keep them close by. - P.P.S. I've heard they finally reloaded on carts after a year of not having them. All it took was many people quitting the job and many costumers to complain.

My brother and my aunt from canada went here today and I guess they wouldn't let him make 2 transactions on a terminal pay 2 woman guided them to a private terminal to pay for there items all at once, I told my brother that didn't sound right being from out of the country myself it sound like it was discrimination because they are not Americans and I know better then this everyone probably can make 2 transactions on 1 register I'll be calling corporate sound like a class action to me and its a good thing he recorded this .

Based on today's experience I am not happy with Walmart. I was making a return. The instructions were to take the items to the local Walmart store no need to box. After waiting in line for my return I was told by the Walmart associate that she could not accept my return because it was not taped and boxed up which made no sense at all because they would want to see what was inside the box. I came back home checked my instructions from Walmart and indeed it was to be returned unboxed. So now I will have to make a second trip with high gas prices to my local Walmart store.

They do not honor corporatr policies and refused to accept a return unless packaged (9ft x 10 ft rug) even after showing an email sent from Walmart where it states to NOT package the product for this return (pre approved). I was instead told that if not properly packaged, the cost will be deducted from the refund owed.

The Palm Springs Walmart is the most disorganized, filthy, poorly-run Walmart in the Valley. It is clear that someone in management does not think that its clients are worthy of shopping in a store with normal standards of service and normal standards of cleanliness. All customers have their receipts checked before leaving the story. Guilty until proven innocent. In a normal store, security personnel have this role. This is not a normal store. This is the store that exemplifies incompetence on every level. The pharmacy? The last time I filled a prescription there, the pharmacist dispensed the wrong medication. I never used the pharmacy again. Communication? Many of the employees speak no English. Self check-out stations? If your terminal is giving you errors, don't expect help anytime soon. Shelving and aisles? It looks like mayhem, not organization. Do you want to use paper bags and reduce plastic waste? You won't find them here. Do you want delivery? My last food delivery had two bags with items coated with a sticky, oily substance. Produce? I have seen entire bins full of rotten food. Not blemished. Rotten. That does not happen when people pay attention. This does not happen when a store respects customers. It's a busy store. It's always packed. Walmart makes a lot of money at this branch. None of that money is used to offer the kind of store that their customers deserve.
