Was looking for a place to dine on my recent trip to Palm Springs Happy to find Wangs on Open Table Food was excellent and portions big enough to have a second meal from the leftovers Went with Mongolian Beef and Chicken Fried Rice Both were excellent choices Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area and looking for Chinese food

The decor is very a lovely Asian theme with a wonderful stream od water flowing through the center. Food is served hot and steaming. I had the Mushrooms Aspergus and Chicken. It was delicious! The Bloody Mary I had was just right for my taste! The waiter was attentive and very personable. His service was efficient warm and professional.

Beef was tough and very heavy handed on the the oil. In fact of the 4 dishes we had all of them had pools of oil once they started to cool down. I'm talking a 1/4 cup per dish.
