The food is the best. Try the BBQ MIX I never dine in, but it looks clean. The service is as good as any order and pickup place can be. But the food makes this place the spot to go to for hawaiian BBQ.
The place is dirty, the women's bathroom is a nightmare...scratched, the toilet seat is loose, no toilet paper. Disgusting. Passable food, nothing more.

Prices aren't the same anymore they did go up a couple dollars but the food is still good. They really pack your plate too.

This review is based on the bbq chicken/short ribs combo and cheese wontons.Overall, I was very impressed! I really wanted some Ono's but there isn't any in town so I was hoping Ahi was just as good. I was so happy that the short ribs were tender and juicy! The bbq chicken was decent but didn't taste fresh and it was a little dry.The cheese wontons are good. I would order again just for the short ribs!I ordered via door dash so I didn't have any issues waiting and it came so fast!
Ever since L&L closed we have been looking for another poly restaurant in the AV and I got to say it was OK nothing crazy to drive again up that way but the Katsu and Beed plate was good 7/10. Spam musubi was dry no sauce in between the spam and rice (don't recommend) we also got a seafood soup which was good with soy sauce and chili sauce wish it had a little bit of flavor but over all it was a 3/5 experience but please let me know if there are any other Hawaiian Cruise food out here!

Came here a couple times already and both times had to wait a lot longer than expected. The lady at the counter was an older, fat Mexican lady and she was not pleasant. She barely acknowledged customers. I simply asked for hot sauce and she seemed irritated because she was eating and drinking while chatting with the cook, didn't even bother to wash her hands after she touched money and was eating at the register and proceeded to touch my food. There is Nothing fresh about the food. They serve old food. The beef is very slimy and chewy. Which is gross. Gave me a stomach ache and had to toss it out. Only giving two stars because of portion size and location but I would never go back there, not even worth it.

I always do takeout here and love it! Great food, staff is friendly enough. I love the chicken combo plate with extra Katsu sauce. Macaroni salad is the highlight for me so I always get an extra side as well and that with the plate is plenty of food for 2 meals and costs around $14! Pricing is great. I wish they had more drink and side options but overall a good choice.
