The owner is flat out rude , I came in said thank you after she placed my order she was stone cold . When she came to give me my shaved ice , I told her thank you again and she ignored me . I hope this place fails because if it wasn’t for the customers coming in you wouldn’t have a business !

They advertise shave ice and they do that very well! Boba and ice cream also available but the photo shows Tigers Blood and Mango Pineapple which were both delicious.

I love this place. The quality of the Shave Ice reminds me of being in Hawaii and this is my #1 favorite treat during the summer. POG is may favorite Shave Ice and the blended Thai Tea with Boba is my favorite drink.

Never busy when I go here, but I love the shaved ice! Very good selection of flavors, and the serving sizes are very generous. I recommend adding the condensed milk - yum!
I use to love this place. But they have now diluted the flavoring with faucet water. The shaved ice flavor now tastes like water and it no longer has any sweetness at all!!! Very disappointing for them to think no one would notice that they have diluted the flavor with water. Why not just raise the price and keep the quality of the product?? Very disappointing. I won't be returning

The shaved ice was good, but the boba in my smoothie was hard and didn't even fit through the straw...not sure if the boba is supposed to be like that....Update: Boba is better two years later, pretty good actually, but overpriced and the milk tea was really sweet.
