I love this place. The quality of the Shave Ice reminds me of being in Hawaii and this is my #1 favorite treat during the summer. POG is may favorite Shave Ice and the blended Thai Tea with Boba is my favorite drink.

Never busy when I go here, but I love the shaved ice! Very good selection of flavors, and the serving sizes are very generous. I recommend adding the condensed milk - yum!

I use to love this place. But they have now diluted the flavoring with faucet water. The shaved ice flavor now tastes like water and it no longer has any sweetness at all!!! Very disappointing for them to think no one would notice that they have diluted the flavor with water. Why not just raise the price and keep the quality of the product?? Very disappointing. I won't be returning

The shaved ice was good, but the boba in my smoothie was hard and didn't even fit through the straw...not sure if the boba is supposed to be like that....Update: Boba is better two years later, pretty good actually, but overpriced and the milk tea was really sweet.

No customer service at all, waited more than 30 minutes for my shave.
The young lady helping me was extremely nice and had a great attidue, while the manager or store owner I assume made the drinkI might have ordered the wrong thing and will update when I go back to try something else, but the boba was old and the smoothie mix or whatever they use wasn't ratioed correctlyI got the watermelon smoothie with boba, next time I'll try their shaved ice

Delicious, just be prepared to wait. There is usually only one person working so I can take a while. I wouldn't recommend going right when schools get out. But there are lots of flavors and all of them are tasty.

Love the boba here but the girl cashier never gave me my debit card back. 2 days later I went back and they have a stack of credit cards from the cashier not giving back peoples cards. So please beware. Great shaved ice and boba tho
