I got a piece of paper saying that Applebee's "takes pride in properly packaging your order" and they missed an order of fries & all of the dipping sauce. At least take pride in something you guys do correctly

I called to get a wait time before driving over. The lady who answered the phone said she couldn't tell me. I then asked if I could reserve a table and she told me no. If I can't reserve a table why can't you atleast tell me how long the wait time is?

Yesterday I enjoyed Applebees in Palmdale. They stepped it up. Everything was nice. The wait. The hostess the waiter Chase. The timing of the food. How attentive they were.to making sure you enjoy your meal. They make you wanna tip big. Nice job Applebees.

I'm a single diner, sitting at the bar. Bartender was very helpful and attentive. Great food.In addition, just go in the parking lot, and take a whiff of the air, it makes you want to go inside and try the food. Yummy!
Look like my food was microwaved had BBQ ribs were dry and little meat. U can tell what cooks are there when the food is actually good

I had the whiskey burger. The burger was good it was a little salty for me but I just added some ketchup and it was good. I would recommend this Burger. Our server was great,even though we went around 1130am she still did an awesome job.

Hello,I came in last night with a friend. It was fairly slow & everything started out fine. Our server came & took our orders and after, I had not seen him until we were leaving. The food runner dropped two of our plates & then the third app about 10 mins later. No one checked in on us for the remainder. Not even to fill waters or more importantly to give us a chance to order mains. As we were sitting we couldn’t help but hear the bartenders conversation. We can call it the usual “locker room” talk. Which would be one thing privately however, it was highly unprofessional & simply inappropriate to be discussing that on the floor. With consideration that there was also two young women sitting in the section. The language used by staff was vulgar which again one thing in private, completely inappropriate for a workplace. As we sat there, again without a server or anyone to check-in or take over. The bartender then made a comment to the food runner about how the server shouldn’t have taken a break & repeatedly burping aloud. I called to speak to the GM but was unable to get in contact. I did call again & ask to leave my number so the manager could call me back at her connivence however the gentleman who answered the phone the second time placed me on a hold again for another 10 mins until I decided to hang up. I would have loved for this feedback to be received verbally/in-person. Sadly, the service provided made for an uncomfortable atmosphere & highly underwhelming experience.
