Manager and employees very rude and irritated with an attitude. They said they had just received my order as she was pulling orders from the printer when I asked if it was ready trying to pick it up at 5:47 pm that I had ordered on my app at 5:29 pm. I told her I had placed it at 5:29 pm and with a loud and stern voice she repeated WE JUST RECIEVED IT even though the receipt clearly stated the order time and pick up time. Obviously she didn’t realize the order was there until I asked. A simple no we are just starting it would be a better approach. I get having a bad day but to project your attitude onto a customer is another issue.

Always have loved Arby's. Just like every other fast food place customer service is almost non existent. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter before being asked if I needed anything.

Frist time my sister invites me here not for me I can't eat fish and they took all chicken away I understood it's for lint but I substitute for chicken on these days because of my allergy so unfortunately I couldn't eat here so low rated it becomes of no chicken choices but my sister and her family loved it
