Not enough ice cream choice. Not 31 flavors, only 16.
The serving area and payment area is too cramped and you can't move from the ice cream to the register because other people are ordering ice cream.
Workers don't know the difference between mobile app coupons and gift cards saved to the mobile app, the scanner to scan the gift cards didn't work and when the girl typed in the numbers she got it wrong saying there's no balance when the app shows how much is on...read full review
