Placed a mobile order, said it would take 45 minutes and I get to the store I was ignored at the mobile order area and when I finally asked what I need, they proceeded to state my order was not ready because they were missing a flavor... you guys literally ask for my contact info on your app so you definitely had my cellphone number but instead of contacting me and inform your employees waited till I was there to notify me.... and when I asked for a refund they said I would have to do it through the app but there is no option on the app to get a refund, I was than told to come in tomorrow to speak to a manager about the refund.... no one should order from here based off the sheer incompetence the employees showed through this whole thing, I'll be contacting corporate tomorrow and filing a complaint

Ordered a cake for my son's birthday and they created an entirely different cake then what I ordered and paid for. The clerk proceeded to tell me that next time I (the customer) needed to make sure the staff member who placed the order competed the form properly. I'm sorry, but I am not now nor have I ever been a Baskin-Robbins employee. I will not make sure a staff member does anything because that simply is not my responsibility. Take accountability, apologize for the mistake, and please do not blame the customer. Word to the wise do not order a cake at this location.

The employees are nice here.5 stars for themHOWEVER!The cherry jubilee leaves something to be desired, it doesn’t have a cherry taste and taste more like butter than cherry which I find odd.Wouldn’t recommend the cherry jubilee.

I don't know how many years the BR location has been here but I swear I've been passing by this location for at least a decade or two, maybe longer. Either way, I'd never had the opportunity to stop here until earlier this year. I have a lil kiddo and I wanted to bring them here for that ice cream store experience, not just a little drive thru place or Rite Aid.

Very unprofessional, we waited 15 minutes for basically no service. There was 5 employees and not a single interaction what’s so ever. Everyone was pretending to be busy so they can ignore us, I asked if we can be helped and only got a glance. I’m never returning to this location, baskin robins apparently doesn’t want my business ?
The location isn't one of the best. But, it's a basic chain.Ice cream is yummy.The employees are all very nice every time we have gone.
