The staff were all very polite and the service was quick, but the food was terrible. Ordered veggie tempura and gyoza as appetizers. Tempura was good, gyoza was not that great. Ordered tonkotsu ramen and couldn’t eat more than a bite of it. The flavor was awful and much too salty. Myself and the person I came with ordered the same thing and we both left full bowls of ramen on the table. Also, the ice tea is terrible. $45 down the drain!!!

If you sit at the bar, ask for Danny. He has forever ruined sushi anywhere else for me because he makes the best stuff ever! This is my favorite place in the whole world to eat!

I always remember it being busy bit we caught them at a great time. Used to go more often when I lived in CA. Everyone there was really personable and the chef made numerous quality rolls for my son and I. Always nice to have a place you are comfortable in. Over all, we really enjoyed our experience.

If you like this place then you’ll really eat anything. The staff is good not great. The sushi is a 0. It’s small and expensive. Not tasty at all. Grocery store sushi it’s 100 times better than this dump. Sorry but it’s the worse sushi I’ve ever had.

My boyfriend and I came in today and ordered separate rolls. He got a California tempura (deep fried California roll) half way through eating it, he pulls out a medium size piece of plastic from his mouth (like a wrapper). We set it aside and call one of the workers and show them and he apologized and offered to take it off the bill and replace it with a new roll. We chose to have it taken off the bill. My boyfriend continued eating and in the next piece found an even bigger piece of plastic! We looked at the rest of the pieces and saw the plastic in all of the remaining pieces as well. We aren't sure if he ate smaller pieces in the other parts of the roll. After finding the other pieces we asked to speak to the manager and were notified there was no manager in today...? The guy informed us "the chef just forgot to take the wrapper off the crab." Not only was there plastic in the food but this roll was DEEP FRIED meaning all the plastic was also fried and the chemicals were released into the food. I appreciate them taking the roll off and replacing it and the guy that helped us was very kind and accommodating. However that's a big mistake and it could've caused someone to choke on the plastic wrappers. Please be careful when preparing food for others!

Wow! Fast service and tasty sushi on a Saturday night! Not much of a lineup at 5 pm, but that may be due to the new location. They checked on us plenty of times for drinks/ more sushi. They were also very friendly. Thanks! We will be back soon!

AYCE is no longer available at this location. Which sucks because it was probably their main income despite their rude head waitress.

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH BIG TUNA?! On two separate nights...even after my dad went online to check to make sure the hours were correct and the place was open...we drive up only to find the place CLOSED. It's way too confusing. When ARE you open? It is so frustrating to drive out -- this time in pouring rain--only to discover you can't eat where you planned to. No worries though. We just went across the street to THAT OTHER SUSHI PLACE. Because they are open when they say they will be. Maybe next time, Big Tuna. If you're open.

This has always been my go to location for as long as I can remember but until recently it just doesn't feel the same anymore. The last two times I have went my order has taken over 45-60 mins to get to my table. This last time I order about 5 rolls, a bowl, and 2 drinks. I got my bowl within 40 mins and our waitress passed by several times and never acknowledged us or offered a refill to our drinks. I decided to leave and just pay for the 2 drinks and bowl because they had forgotten about my entire order. Only one waiter apologized for the inconvenience, the others didn't seem to care.

Came on a Friday night typically I would expect a sushi restaurant to be busy and it was somewhat busy but there were still empty tables. Took about 20 mins to be sat. Took another 20 minutes to get water. Then another 15-20 to order. They brought our tempura that looked like it was already eaten. Then they brought my half chewed soggy albacore sushi without wasabi or ginger. Didn't even get our food we literally paid and took the rest to go it took so long. And of course in the to go bad half the food was missing or cold and soggy and the salmon looked like the fish may have been a piece of sushi that was flattened out and baked with teriyaki sauce on it.

I love the sushi bar here and the sushi chefs. They are so friendly and really make the best sushi around. But, this past weekend my family and I took my daughter here for her birthday to eat in the dining area. We had a large party and I know maybe that in itself can be overwhelming. The waitress was awful though. My husband and I caught her rolling her eyes at us a few times and for simple things like refilling our drinks. We had already been waiting for refills for awhile and I politely asked for a refill on my soda. Apparently, that was asking a lot from her. This is the only bad experience we have had there and unfortunately that kind of attitude can bring your whole restaurant down. Otherwise, everyone else is quite friendly and the food is amazing.
