Came in… a little before 12:30pm. No one at the counter. Waited about 10 minutes just to get seated and only got seated after another elderly couple went back and found someone. The manager came out and seemed bothered that the customer was complaining about the wait and told him it was only a few minutes. Sat down at 12:41 and didn’t have the waitress even take a drink order until 12:57. Waitress was dismissive and said she’s doing the best she could. Asked for the manger who never came out. The guy running the food looked annoyed and there seemed to be urgency with anyone working in this place. The staff seem to have the same poor attitude as the manager!

if i could give a zero i most definitely would. ordered nachos and as the image shown below displayed, this is what i got: TONY said he can bring his manager but this is what they offer. when the manager SAVANAH came to speak to me i said this isn’t what the nachos are usually what they look like being that they had barely any cheese and chicken. she said that’s how they’re supposed to look like and i said is this honestly something that looks appetizing to give to customer? she responded with “well it’s to your liking” how is something that is displayed different on their menu “to my liking”. she said she said would take off the nachos and took off. both savanah and tony never returned to the table. Thankfully Claudia took over the table and was amazing. Overall horrible experience and i’m glad to say i will never be coming back. the lack of how presentable or flavorful the food is horrible.

Whatever you do do not come here. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location is pure trash. If it isn't the horrible service that takes 30 minutes just to place an order or get a refill on a drink. It's the playing death metal while people are trying to talk at their table. This location can ruin a brand. You need to get a new management staff over there immediately

Great vibe and food. Only place I know that has angry orchards on tap. They always put on a Ducks hockey game when I ask them to 😃. Cheers! Happy hour is the best here. Best bang for buck.

The waiter split the check 3 ways and still managed to screw up my bill , instead of only charging the 47 he charged an additional 100$ . This place is terrible and I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

No one was at the front to greet us. We waited almost 10 minutes just to get seated. We then waited another 10 minutes for the server to finally arrive. Another 10 minutes before she took our order. It took almost 30 minutes to get a hamburger, 3 tenders, and our fries. We were there for almost an hour and a half. This was our first and last time going.
