Absolutely nothing fast about this location. Ordered my food on the kiosk and it took about 15-20 minutes for me to get it. No apologies. No explanation.... Morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I'm glad I don't have to come to this location again.

I used to come here all the time until it became unbearable, everytime I’d order at the window they’d made me wait in the front for like 35 minutes just for 2 large fries & a burger. I always would pick up food for my family until it just got nasty. The burgers were always cold , my fries were medium heat if not stale or cold, and just today was when I really cut it off for good. As I was unwrapping my boyfriend’s burger, I see a LONG white hair just that I had out from the meat or the bun. It was really disgusting, I lost my appetite and the cold food didn’t make it any better. I know it was the older lady , with white hair and i’m sure glasses who usually takes orders and no blame or hate to her she’s sometimes sweet, it’s just a not pleasant feeling spending $28, and not getting quality food or having to wait like half an hour.

Something that should have been super quick and easy but for whatever reason you have to use an AI little thing no giving anybody your order the drive-thru was backed up I waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches and my order wasn't even correct one was not even the sandwich I ordered and I had to just going they have no way to handle anything everything's taking forever it's ridiculous

Excited to go get the new how to train your dragon meal, and when I go they don't even have any meat. I have to get chicken, or fish. So instead of getting the meal (just to cheer myself up) I try to get some ice cream, and they don't even have any ice cream! So I just ordered the how to train your dragon mozzarella sticks. Usually I would think that they would come in the How to train your Dragon box with toothless on the front of it and everything, but no they put it in little tiny baggies!!! And it just ruined my whole experience.

“We invite you to join us in the drive thru to place you order!” This place honestly has the worst service I waited for my order to be taken for 15 minutes at the speaker , waited an additional 10 minutes at the window and still came back to ask me to wait in a parked spot! I only ordered 2 things!!!!!! This place is ridiculous, the customer service is terrible the wait is even worst, any time we’ve come here they make you park even it’s for an ice cream cone it’s ridiculous. Once they being out the order to the parked spot you still have to get off and go back in because they forgot things in the bag.
Today I ate a dragon meal (promotional meal for the newest how to train your dragon movie) Anyways the meal I paid $20 for was slightly cold, thrown together sloppily and looked nothing like the meal advertised like different buns different everything and honestly I am on a diet so I won't be eating for the rest of the day and that's fine ...because I want this experience to be my last d...I'm done with Burger King
