The male on the drive thru very unprofessional on phone while taking orders. Kept forgetting my order and had to drive back to let him know I was missing fries. He digs in the bag with his bare hands and serve the food with no gloves and he was just handling money. Gave me no receipt. Will probably never come back.

I ordered 2 tacos for 3, they forgot one i understand the things happen if the are rushed but when i called no one answered the would let phone ring for a while until the end the call and the line gets disconnected.

I will avoid this location for the next few months. I waited 13 min for my single meal order. My sandwich came out but sat on the shelf and nobody bothered to pick it up while the fries tray went from full to empty serving drive-thru customers so I had to wait for new fries. During my wait two drive-thru customers entered the lobby to complain missing or unacceptable items.

WE GOT TO SEE THE KING ? ? Very friendly, polite and efficient lady at the counter and drive thru. Great service. Look at the size of the breakfast burrito, that's already half eaten! This location is hiring for $20 an hour starting pay!

It's been like 12 yrs since I had Burger King. I'm glad I did. The food was good as fast food being my 1st job at Santa Monica Pier it brought me back those vibes of just preparation. The nightshift manager last night (09/27/23, 9pm) was extremely thoughtful 👌 he was able to put a smile on my kids facing by offering cookies (: they wanna go back lol! As a mother it means alot to hear how happy my kids were 👍 I'd like to give the initiative to saying thank you for serving us with excellent service! Greatly appreciated and I also appreciate the fast service, not waiting so long for our food order (: once again, thank you so much!! Keep up that great work 👏 👍
