Went through drive through a simplification forever to get one per and a hamburger anchor in front of me, spend about 15 minutes setting here. They really need to hire a couple more people to work during the day. I'm not trying to run the store with 1 or 2 people, it's ridiculous.
If they can't afford to pay people to work, maybe they should just close this.Door down

I swear this Burger King is the ultimate gamble. Morning crew? Absolute angels. Sweet, polite, actually get your order right. Night crew? Oh, completely different vibe. It’s like they clock in specifically to be annoyed that customers exist.
Went tonight and, shocker, I got home to find my order was wrong. Again. So I tried calling because, you know, that’s what normal businesses let you do and surprise, no one answers. Must be nice to run a drive-thru where customer service is optional.
If you’re thinking of going after 12, don’t. Unless you enjoy wasting your money and playing “What Did They Mess Up This Time?”

15 minutes in drive thru, not busy at all. 4 cars total. No one has moved. No clue what's going on.
Got to window. They never entered my order in system. Repeated my order to pay. I was given the wrong item in the end after having to wait longer for my items.

I was given attitude because I honestly could not hear the young man speaking to me over the intercom. Unsure if this was deliberate or just very careless, but I ordered a jr chicken and value fry, for my wife and toddler. They both got a stomach virus. I don't care if you took me personally because of other rude customer experiences, you do not put people's lives in danger over a petty reason.

I didn't eat here but, one of the ladies here kindly brought us water while we were studying. The music here is amazing and the service is exactly how every parent wants there children to act, kind and understanding.

The drive thru is very cramped. If i order 4 hamburgers and ask for sauce on the side, stop giving me just 2 of them. Stop being cheap.
I know that this burger king is busy...but the dining area looks a little dirty. The food is the saving grace. Your value menu is terrible. Bring back the 2 for 8.00.
