They really went downhill. Terrible plain burgers . Lacks flavor and fresh ingredients. Definitely not how they use to be. No sauce on burgers, like a dime size.. pretty bad overall.

Sunday 11/19/23 1pm staff was excellent; burgers and sweet potato fries and jalapeño cheddar fries, awesome; Absolutely delicious burgers! Sliders are not what they were 5+ years ago, but depending on which you get and what you add, it may be good or great. Wagyu beef burger was perfect. The best for me, however, was the large Spanish burger WOW!!! The place is super clean and very nice to sit in. Would easily return.

My kids loooove burgerIM and when the one in Lancaster closed , they were bummed out. Today, my younger child wanted to grab something to eat after her doctors appointment. I searched for restaurants around the area and i saw that there was a burgerIM in Palmdale!! Boy, was my kid excitedly about it. So i called and asked for 2 PLAIN cheeseburgers.. i specifically asked for PLAIN ... just burger patty and cheese. Then the dude that was taking my order asked.. is it the classic one that you like?The angus cheeseburger? I said, umm.. yeah! But just plain patty with cheese in a bun.Then he asked if i wanted yo order something else, i answered..Maybe fries.. 2 fries. He continues to ask.. you like a combo then..I responded.. yeah, why not.. ? Right? So, i drove to the place to pick up my order, paid for itAt the counter first and picked up my bag of burgers and fries and got my drink.When i got to the car..The cheeseburgers were loaded with everything! I specifically asked for PLAIN.These burgers had lettuce, tomatoes , pickles, onions and dressing.. i went back and informed the dude behind the cash register that i got the wrong order.As I specified 2 PLAIN cheeseburgers.. he looked at me and had the nerve to make me feel that it was my fault because.. he asked me if i wanted the classic cheeseburger.. ??!! Dude!! I was giving you my order and repeatedly told you that i wanted PLAIN patty and cheese.And he tried to play it off by saying.. no problem i can change it but i did ask you if you wanted the classic.. i said dude! I said plain and said yes to classic because thats the kind of patty that i wanted but he just wanted to be right and wanted to make me feel like an idiot. He did "change" one of the burgers but when my daughter started eating it, there was onions and the dressing still. The dude just took off the other vegetables..Such a disappointment! My child is allergic to onions was disgusted with the dressing and did not enjoy her burger . Though i did, so give this place 2 stars

I didn't get the hype in the reviews. The staff was very friendly but that was the only positive.I got a double angus bacon cheeseburger with fries and onion rings that came out to over 17 dollars with no drink, they didn't have bottled water as an option. It was beyond bland and the bacon was hard as a rock. The burgers tasted like frozen angus patties from Costco and looked pressed. They had no flavor at all and the thousand island dressing on the burger just soaked into the bun. The onion rings were good but I only got 3 of them when I paid extra for half fries and half onion rings. I came in before lunch and there were no other customers so being busy wasn't an excuse. Same complaint with no air conditioning, just a crazy loud swamp cooler that doesn't cool. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Extremely hot inside the restaurant. Staff was very friendly still. Fries were good. Burgers tasted like those pre-made frozen patties you get at the store.
Good food, I like the options, nice employees. The burgers were were filling and tasty.

Great place for if ur craving a burger and a beer or just a ice cold drink. I had the cowboy and let me tell you it was delicious! Hubby and son had the grilled chicken burger with the meal and chose the onion rings, they ate every bite and the onion rings were crispy like they should be. The service was the cherry on top. Glad we decided to dine in. She was very sweet and the cook served great food! Will be coming back whenever we are in burger mode.

The first impression of walking in was great. It felt very clean and chill inside, and a very cool atmosphere. Ordering took less than 30 seconds and was very easy. Many places to sit with soft benches, and higher up tables. The food was great and definitely recommend. The only reason for 4 stars was the milkshakes took surprisingly long to come out. Besides that, amazing.
