Am month ago I placed an order for pickup. I got home and it was yesterday’s leftovers it tasted like. Rice was dry and crunchy. Chicken was dry and had a different taste. Then two days ago I ordered just to see. But again chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and was chewy. It was good to me in the beginning.

Today I was in a hurry to eat and placed an order for a Kabob plate at Cali's Kabob. This was my first time being there. The owner told me that since all kabob plates are cooked fresh to order it would take about 20-mins. to prepare. Although I was in a rush, I was willing to wait. About 5-mins after placing the order the owner handed me a freshly cooked kabob plate that was just prepared for her daughter who was also there. I said no, I would just wait for my order, but the daughter insisted that I take her order, which I eventually did. I am very impressed with the hospitality of the owner and her daughter for what they did by insisting that I take her order so that I could be on my way sooner. They didn't know me at all but still treated me like family.

This place is a hidden gem in the AV the food is so delicious and fresh it is probably one of the best Lula kabob we ever tried it was super juicy and flavorful I truly enjoyed eating it.
The Toum sauce is heavenly.
The rice and hummus were insanely delicious and the deserts were so good the baklava was my favorite I've tried here in the AV it was delicious and not overly sweet to were it makes me sick
Definitely recommend kabob girll it is a 10 out of ten.

Definitely the best Mediterranean food I've had in the USA. The salad was delicious with its vinaigrette! I ordered the chicken dish! Don't hesitate to make it too! The garlic sauce is incredible.

great place for Mediterranean food here in Palmdale! I got a chicken and beef kabob plate with the regular sides (hummus, rice, salad), it was very delicious! meat was tender and juicy!
