Came here on September 7thafter 2 hr drive, hungry and wanting to use the bathroom, turns out they don't allow you to use the bathroom if you don't buy first which a can understand but the way the lady told was so rude she gave me a nasty face almost like saying if you don't like it get out and that's exactly what I did I walked out even though I needed to eat and use the bathroom, what a disgrace of restaurant.

I've never seen this branch busy and I was the only one in drive thru at around 9:30am. Food took a bit to receive but it was fresh and hot. The drive thru worker was super nice and even gave me a good amount of ketchup that I requested.

Its 11:06 november 4th i just waited about 6 minutes no answer in the drive no nothing says this stores closes @12am. Its 11:06we pull up to order at the window since we got no answer only to get waved off by an d hispanic lady im guessing has to be some type of high staff ether a manager or shift leader. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. Was looking foward to enjoying food instead we got denied service very carelessly. Fix this Carls Jr.

The manager on 9/21 in the morning on duty was extremely rude and rushed me . I asked her the location and ordered at the wrong store . She said there was nothing she can do about it and wanted me to pull up so I didn’t effect her “drive thru counter “
Nice and clean. Have to ask for fresh fries occasionally. But very tasty and on time.

The dining room was a disaster tables are sticky and messy not cleaned. Service suck the woman behind the counter with too busy paying attention to other things paying attention to people in drive-thru instead of listening to my order which I had to repeat three times to her. Bought two burgers and a fry with two drinks what's 25.00 dollars. Unfortunately Carl's Jr has gone downhill since Carl passed away. I guess people should start avoiding this place like they avoid covid. Really should have taken food to go or have gone across the street to somewhere else
