Every time I come to this place always a problem. Employee are so careless. They only let me know that they run out of the sauce for my order only when I paid for the food and after making me to wait for it they are giving me the food. My desire now it to throw the food away because without the sauce it is nothing. Never coming back to this place. Seems like they are slow on business. And now we know why. They don’t care about their clients. Poor management. Unprofessional

Crazy I just ordered a plain meat and cheese famous start meal for home no buns!! What kind of ppl do they have working here?
All Carl's taste about the same; great. This one is special due to the friendly customer service, and dedication to getting your order right. We ate inside, and they brought the tray to us. A nice gesture, you never really expect it so it stood out. I give it 4 instead of 5, just due to the minimalism of the restaurant.

the service was poor at Carls Jr next to the AV Mall. the cashier claimed to be the manager her name is Sandra. She was on her cellphone on a personal call and touching money and then touching the food. Once she handed me my food I asked her for the owner or district managers number she got very upset gave me her name and a wrong phone number. I dialed the number from my car and it was a wrong phone number. I came back and asked her for the correct number she became hostile and said I was mad because she charged me for ranch. I said no I was not I'm not going to cry for a dollar.she came very argumentative I told her to just give me the number. I threw the paper on the counter she ran up to me. I said are you going to hit me some young kid came between us I guess that was her son. then a customer I guess her family pushed against me said she would hit me I told her to do it at this point everything was escalated just for a phone number. I did call the sheriffs to press charges against the other lady nothing was done of course. the sheriff did come out with the correct phone number. I called it and the owner he refuse to talk to me. One thing I know you are not supposed to to be handling food when on your cellphone or touching money. never going there again and will be spreading awareness to friends and family.

They forgot to put my 7.39$ burger in the bag and their phone number doesn't work. bruh, I can only afford to eat out every once in a while, so getting scamed for my 8 dollars left me hungry and slightly more broke
