I put in a mobile order 10 minutes in advance. Absolutely none of it was ready when I arrived. The main lobby should have been open at 7 AM for their store hours and signs. It was not opened. They must be having some kind of staffing issues, but there was literally no one else here ordering. Please consider going somewhere else.

I went through the drive thru with my mom and son, and got 2 two chicken tenders kids meals and a California classic medium combo meal with some ranch cups.
The chicken stars are so dry my son and I could barely eat them. And the dipping sauce, two cups were open and got all over our food then later after trashing the dipping sauces I found out from the other 3 sauces they gave us that they were expired smh
I really hope my son and I don’t start puking from the little bit of ranch we ate. This place is so disappointing. I will forever prefer the Carl’s Jr on 15th st west.

Today I went into Carl's Jr and I had a double western bacon cheeseburger it was very delicious good as always can't complain about people in the restaurant or Carl's Jr was real nice brought me my food and asked me if I needed any condiments and I said yes I could use ketchup please and he brought it to me

Horrible customer service here ! A lady named Alicia at the drive thru window was very rude! She said to have the mobile app ready to scan before I got to the window and when I was showing her my phone she said she thought I was using Apple Pay? Then rolled her eyes? Barely reached out the window to give me my food. Only gave me 2 dipping sauce for a 5 piece chicken tender meal and 9 piece jalapeño and a 6 piece jalapeño. Her customer service skills are horrible! No wonder they hardly had any business maybe because customers aren’t happy with the rude service they receive here. Makes me not wanna come to this location that’s why I enjoy going to the location on Avenue L & 10th st west. Guess I’ll be going out of my way from now on. Train your clerks on being nice and if they’re having a bad day to leave that at the door. It’s not the customers fault if their going through something for them to take there nasty attitude out on us.

I literally ordered a basic order with bbq sauce and Buffalo sauce and they gave me 2 ranch dressings. There solution was I drive back 15mins to get 2 sauces.

lol, if these liberals wana raise minimum wage to 20$ an hr. better get all of my food even SAUCE, how can you ask "any sauce for you?" I say bbq sauce please and then never give me any.. it's a kill joy even if we don't get our sauce. you should know that..
You order at the counter with a real person. They keep this location remarkably clean. They bring your food out to where you're sitting when it's ready. They don't charge extra for dipping sauce. The staff is really friendly. I really couldn't ask for a better fast food experience.
