Both sandwhiches were prepared incorrectly, one was cold and the bacon&cheese fries were only topped with ranch sauce while missing both the bacon and cheese. Pretty ridiculous service for food that is already overpriced.
I don’t blame the workers, I blame the trainer, I think this is the 2nd crew I’ve seen work here and it’s still slow service, wrong orders, lack of care for any customers, the workers don’t even want to be there, Charley’s is a good chain , this store is awful though
