Great food and service !
Whike Looking at the menu I noticed like all other fast food restaurants it shows a drink on picture of the combos. I asked the girl at the counter when I received my order .did it come with a drink like it shows on the menu above the counter . She told me u have to add it in your order very misleading picture on the menu as people would expect a drink since it shows next to the wings and fries , this is my first and last time her for sure I'll ever eat here .

Both sandwhiches were prepared incorrectly, one was cold and the bacon&cheese fries were only topped with ranch sauce while missing both the bacon and cheese. Pretty ridiculous service for food that is already overpriced.
I don’t blame the workers, I blame the trainer, I think this is the 2nd crew I’ve seen work here and it’s still slow service, wrong orders, lack of care for any customers, the workers don’t even want to be there, Charley’s is a good chain , this store is awful though
