If I can give this location no stars and still put a review I would gladly do that. But I cannot do that so I'm going to leave this review. The service was poor when I usually do visit this location I barely have problems. I visit this establishment on the 4th of July my food was cold my waitress took the food to be remade that is what she told me. Once my food arrived from in the back to be remade I opened up my burger bun and I noticed I still have the same Burger different bread. My waitress continue to argue with me down that it was different even after seeing that there was a bite taken out of the Patty. I'm not sure what's the problem with this location but I do know that they do need to fix this problem at hand. Bringing food that has been consumed by someone to be reheated in an area where everyone else's food is being prepared and served in a conventional oven is very unsafe and very unhealthy. I don't understand why protocols when prepping food aren't being properly met. Even after I took a picture of the burger when it brought back to me I was still told it wasn't a bite mark.I will never return at this location again and I am going to bring this up to the owner.

My wife and I visited this location on 7/6/25 for dinner and a couple of drinks. Prices are fair and the food was delicious. The mixed drinks were loaded but not difficult to drink. This is what you want, who wants a weak margarita?? Lol. The service was on point, the team was attentive and nothing took long. I appreciate the good food, drinks, service and the amount of ranch I was supplied because no one wants just one ranch lol. Keep up the good work team at Palmdale Chili's!

Chili's!! Why .. why did you change the menu? We use to , yes.. I said use to head to Chili's at least once a week. We loved the 3 for me, the margaritas, the original one that came with the deal, .. nope no more. Only soda, tea or lemonade. Oh you can get the margarita for that month for 6 dollars, ut we don't like all those flavors, just a regular frozen margarita, nope. The frozen patron one, 10 dollars served in a sippy cup size glass. Disappointed. Then we were told, no more street corn as a side ... WHAT ??!! Are you serious? So, we left. Most likely wont be back anytime soon. Like I said, we use to be there at least one a week. We were kinda shocked, parking lot was pretty empty for a Sunday after church. It's usually always packed. Was told it had been slow all weekend, and its a holiday weekend!! Might have something to do with the menu changes. I know, we are just two people, no big deal, .. but the empty parking lot, .. hardly anyone in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, ... might be an indication changing and taking favorite foods off the menu, was a mistake.
We wont be back, and we use to love going there. Think about it. 💔

Food was ok. My ribs were a bit on the dry side like they had been reheated or sitting under a heat lamp for a while.

I've been to Chili's many times and this location is by far the best! Drinks came out before we even finished ordering. I went to wash my hands and by the time I came back our appetizers and salads were at the table. Food came out as soon as we finished our salads and our drinks were always topped off. By far one of the best experiences I've had eating at a Chili's restaurant!
