It's like it's everyone's first time working here. So strange...Some random person was the only one filling my drinks and some guy came up as though he wandered into the restaurant and I guess he was my server. I didn't get the sense of being served the whole night. And it took me so long to even get a drink. When the food did arrive it was actually fine I liked it but there was way too little of it but it was really good. The service was an embarrassment though. Paying was so confusing.

I ordered food to go I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes waitin on a manager to get on the phone…called the next day and the same thing manager taking forever to get on the phone so I hung up..I called the next day early so a manger named Sergio picks up the phone I explain to him about my baked potato soup having tomato in it how my burgers were over cooked and my chicken strips had to fried in old greases he goes on to say they don’t have tomato so it cuddnt have been in my soup n that he will refund me for one thing but not the other two talked very rudely to me after I asked for a 1800 number and hung up I don’t appreciate taking my money to a place like this gettin poor service like this panda them being treated less than like a person that’s supports this business I will b calling BBB and the 1800 number and also attached is a picture of my soup clearly with tomato that he said cuddnt be possible because they dnt serve anything with tomatoes I eat this all the time I know how it’s supposed to be I guess I should have gone to The lancaster location

This was our 1st time eating at Chili's with the family. We all love this place. The food was fantastic especially the salads. Those where the bomd!!! I highly recommend chili's to anyone. I will be back in a few days with my in laws.. My server Ruby was great. She kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything... Keep up the good work!!

Lori our server was very friendly & attentive.Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my dairy allergy by leaving off the colantro pesto & queso fresco on my salmon, green beans & Mexican riceParking: Good sized lot to accommodate the busy times

Had large party of twenty for a birthday, and the service was amazing. We called ahead, and they were able to have our table ready with all the menus, napkins and silverware. Great food, reasonable prices and amazing service. They have meal deals where you can get an appetizer, entree and a drink for 12 bucks. Great Kids menu too.Kid-friendliness: Great menu for the kids and reasonable drink prices for them too.

***BEWARE****I dined for dinner here last week. I used the tablet on the table to pay and the following days I started getting fraud charges on my credit card from all around the country. And no I do not used this credit card like that. Any time I use my card I do tap to pay when available. Service is trash here so I often use the tablet to pay and now my info was stolen. Pay with the waiter.
