Worth driving out to the taco stand on R and 30th instead--cheaper, better, kinder. My wife ordered $35 worth of food from her work location by accident and instead of just MAKING IT RIGHT, the way all Chipotles used to, they had her call a 1-800 number that DIDN'T WORK. Chipotle now going the way of Corporate Stalinism? Sad!

Friendly cashiers, they work fast, it's very polite. The facility is clean. A lot of police like to eat there. The food is good. You can sit down and eat inside, and it's in a complex with a lot of other people. Shopping places like target.

I order online and got home.and the lady gave me the wrong remind you this is not the only time she did this.i order 2 rice and steak and soft shell taco.and she gave me grilled cheese instead.please fired her

This place ALWAYS Disappointed me and other customers... the bean are crunchy or they can't wrap the burrito floor & tables always need cleaning. I told the little female Asian Supervisor about the water on the floor twice but nothing was done until I said if I slip and fall it will be Her fault. She got an negative attitude and only smeared the water and used a dirty towel to wipe the tables. The person who wrapped my burrito used her FINGERNAILS and punched holes in it. This wasn't the first time I was treated like Crap but it's the last TIME! The location on 20th Street is a little bit better... Was it Race Related?? I CAN'T SAY! These photos were after she half cleaned the mess

I ordered a chipotle bowl and when I opened up the lid there was a bug inside my food I was bummed because I was excited to eat my steak bowl and had to throw the whole bowl away.

It’s specifically that middle-aged lady, but whenever she serves, the portions are very small. It’s annoying because whenever I ask for chicken, it doesn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. It’s literally half the bottom of the bowl. It’s insane! Like, chill out, you don’t own the restaurant. My bowl had literally one protein—chicken—lettuce, pico de gallo, roasted chili corn, guacamole, and sauce. So imagine how ridiculously small the portions of chicken were. So, I asked double protein.
