Really good quality food. The Chicken is my normal go to but every now and then I'll do the steak. My only complaint is that the price of a burrito bowl is too high....especially for the amount of meat they give you. You almost have to order extra meat to feel like you have enough....and when you do that, the cost of 2 biwls will run you over 40 dollars. Ridiculous. But if you're not on a budget this ace has good food.

After seeing the bad reviews I decided to give it a try. I was there on 10/20/24. @ 2 pm. Everything was great. Had to issues.

Respectively, I never write a bad review. I ordered a kids meal and got charged $18 which is insane. I’ve never been to a chipotle that charges for sides. And I didn’t get my complete 3 sides to my kids meal bc I added chicken to my quesadilla?? Ridiculous lol

I recently visited Chipotle expecting a satisfying meal, but was met with disappointment. I ordered the newest item; smoked brisket burrito, only to find that there was barely any meat left and what was left was dry. When I politely requested a little more, I was told that was enough for my order without any alternative options. Paying $14.30 for a rice and bean burrito with such a meager portion of meat is unacceptable. The lack of customer service and the refusal to accommodate my simple request left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.

There were 3-4 people at the front doing the orders, I used to work there so there should be 1 person to do the rice, beans and meat and the other two to help out with salsas. I told the girl in the beginning I want two bowls, she did the first bowl and then instead of doing the 2nd, she told me to wait so she can finish the first one, umm ok. That’s why there’s other people there so you can keep going with the orders. Obviously they don’t know how to manage the line correctly. And then when I get to my bowl which is the 2nd one, it’s the easiest bowl you can make, I said guacamole and they put corn instead. So when they remake it, I get less product than I got the first time. They are not hearing the customers because they want to go so fast . I’m never coming back to this chipotle, I rather drive the extra 10 mins to go to the one by the mall.
