Terrible customer service!!!! This was my husbands first time coming here and his last. They refused my coupon and then refused to give me a receipt. Despite me being the person ordering they kept trying to talk to my husband instead. They made my husband food first then stopped making my food to help the next customer then came back to my food. They didn’t put as much food as I normally get on top of everything else.

This place is delicious! It’s fast and well priced but the quality of food is top notch. They even have a brown rice option & it’s easy to eat vegan/vegetarian there. Truly a favorite. Highly recommend.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but the customer service was pretty bad. I paid almost $80 online for an order, got to the store and was told the employees can't access online orders so I have to download the app (I showed the order number and proof that the order was for this location. I also showed proof that it was charged to my account). The worker claimed the order would somehow transfer to the app. She hands me a mini-flyer for the app, I go to download it only to find out that it doesn't exist (yet). I told her I'll just pay (again) in store and call my bank later. They moved super slow even though no one was in the store when we got there. It took almost 40 minutes for a really simple order. Tacos were ok, but the beans smell rancid and the rice is bland. Not worth the annoyance of paying $140 in total for a 2 taco plate, 2 quesadillas, some chips, and extra greasy old tasting churros. The best thing about my meal was the Peach Sprite. I noticed that Highland HS was having a fundraiser, hopefully no one attempting to support the baseball team orders online because they'll have to pay again once they get to the store.EDIT- WHEN I FIRST WROTE THIS REVIEW THERE WERE VERY FEW GOOGLE REVIEWS AND MOST OF THOSE WERE NEGATIVE. IT IS EXTREMELY OBVIOUS THAT POSITIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED. SKEEVY BUSINESS, DON'T SUPPORT.

Chronic has always been our favorite burrito spot. However, the service, quality, and portions have dramatically changed. The workers are short and seem rushed, even when the store isn’t busy. The burritos are so small now. We ordered a small burrito and it was barely larger than the tacos. And the regular size burritos are now as big as the small burritos used to be. The price is the same if not more for less food. Don’t waste your time.
